I am overjoyed that I stumbled across your videos! I’ve suffered with chronic back neck, shoulder pains for a number of years. I’ve seen numerous doctors hours of physical therapy, and given gallons of blood x-rays, CAT scans, MRIs, no answers. Your three videos I’ve been doing daily for the trapezius, rhomboid and lats have been life changing for me!!! Not one professional have recommended these simple actions. I am deeply grateful that you have shared your knowledge, and that I found it! God bless you!

Do you do all 3 videos one right after the other? My case sounds like yours except now from all this dysfunction I have a torn tendon in by rotator cuff, both sides. I know strengthening will help, no one can figure out my issues either. Now it’s getting clnvoluted.

It's easy to tell these doctors on youtube who are just in it for the view and want people to buy their programs and really don't care about helping people
This guy is definitely NOT one of them,
It's easy to see that he genuinely cares for helping people, doesn't try to sell you a bunch of junk you don't need and give clear and effective advice
    Well done Sir!

You have No Idea how much you have gave me hope.
I've been to the hospital and the doctor tried explaining
what's wrong, but I was in so much pain, I can't remember
what I have. But I have exactly what's happening here. Exactly
I feel with my dog. He pulled me down a slight slanted hill
and I feel right off the ground like a checked Hocky player.
My arm broke the fall, but went straight out above my head
horizontal. I fell smack right on my left side, shoulder and side
but my shoulder, ball cup, whatever. The doctor said it was
only muscle in that aria. Thank you Doctor. YOU'VE been such
    a God Send...

    • @ReignForever

I have had a similar stabbing sharp pain when lifting my arms above my head occasionally. Doesn't happen every time though. It's from an old snowboarding Wipeout that caused some shoulder trauma and might've hurt my neck a bit. Now I'm having problems with pinched nerves in my neck and whenever I use my lat muscles to the point I can feel the work, it always makes the nerve pain worse. So I'm doing mobility and strengthening exercises to work on my thoracic and cervical spine, and all the muscles that aid in shoulder movements. Noticeable results very quickly. Chiro twice a week, and exercises every second day and stretches and mobility movements every day sometimes twice

I TOO feel a stabbing pain there and it has been like years for me too. Earlier i used to think that it may be caused due to an internal injury or something but since the pain used to fade away i never really deeply looked into it. But today i analysed the muscle where i had the pain and now i know that its just cramping. Cant wait to never feel it again.

I spent years with intense pain under my shoulder blade. I watched dozens of videos and got no help from my doctor. After noticing a lot of deferred pain in my lower body that I got relief from, I wondered if this could be the issue with my shoulder blade. So I went hunting with the lacrosse ball and wamo!!!! This side of my lat under my arm had a massive lump in it that felt like lighting striking when I rubbed it. Very much like beginning of this video shows. It took several weeks to flatten it out and relive the intense pain just touching it, but man, life is good now. Oh how I wish I would have bumped into this video years ago.

I've had a variety of symptoms that caused rib joint pain under my lower scap, constricted breathing, mid back pain, shortness of breath and anxiety. This has lasted for 3 years. I would get pain flare ups whenever I went for a swim, did heavy pulling exercises, I would get spasms all night. Who would have guessed this muscle is responsible for breathing.... I refused to go on damaging muscle relaxers. After all my years searching for a cure. I have finally found a video that offered me relief.. Using the lacrosse ball to pin point the Lats is much better than using a foam roll. Strengthening and reactivation is what will cure the body. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

I have never felt such a stretch where I'm actually hurt as in the last stretching exercise you showed. I hope this video will help me get rid of my back pain I've had in the left side of my middle back for 2 years. It has been hard finding actual help for this problem

The back pain traveled to my arm and chest, making for a very expensive ER visit 😬 I’ll be sure to try these next time before rushing out to the doctor!

This is a great video. You are my favorite PT "teacher". I was wondering if you would consider making actual PT work out videos, follow-along style. They obviously would be longer so IDK if that's something you would do. Thanks for all your helpful videos!
