Great video. I get tension from my armpit area and maybe stitches as well. It helped when I massage the under armpit area during the exercise. It doesn't look that I have cording but I am fat. So, not sure if the cording will be visible. I also got muscle spam in my arm itself which was very painful and did not allow me to do the exercises properly. Any advice? Thank you

I can’t comment specifically on your case but starting with the basics tends to work well for most people. Not sure how far you are out from surgery, but these rehab exercises are a good place to start and work your way through the stages (even if you’re past the actual stage in terms of timing post-surgery) - ruclips.net/p/PLALVgJH_QhhhxC3pzZ3JgkhpJhh_g6FCW. If you have the resources, treatment can expedite your recovery.

Another great video! I have a question, I get really tense on my neck at the atlas vertebra. My shoulder range of motion is OK but can this tension be due to cording? Thank you Erica

The tension from cording can affect any of the surrouding areas (neck, shoulder, midback, chest, etc). Tension in your neck can also be related to myosfascial pain in general, postural changes, muscle imbalances, etc.
