Many well-known builders are developing here then we can say it is a fully developed location. Although all the necessary things are available nearby and roads and connectivity are also good. Sorry Sir but technically it's Ravet bridge which is a part of Ravet Pradhikaran, the only part of Punawale as per development plan is behind the 7 Plumeria Drive where Sai Paradise project is situated & technically speaking left side of the express highway where Puneville is situated is actual Punawale, the left part of Aundh-Ravet BRTS road completely covers Wakad then Tathavade and the surrounding nearby Sant Tukaram Bridge is Ravet & Ravet Pradhikaran area.
Even the left side of express highway near 64Meridian & GK Silver which is next to Sentosa resort is technically Kiwale section which is being called as a Ravet Next just as a marketing strategy by builder union.
So 7 Plumeria drive, Infinity world and Sai Paradise is not Punawale then?
Can u quote recent price range of punawale ?also is there water scarcity?

Very point to point honest review.... And it's true that this location does not justify the price.
Speaking from experience, Punawale is one of the good location in PCMC. There was no water, garbage problem at all. It has developed a lot since it’s inception of reality projects.
Garbage dumping is propsed in punawale only

Considering huge empty plain land behind Puneville, there's high chance of proposed dumpyard in coming years as due to dumpyard news almost since 2012-13 this left side of the highway area of Punawale alongwith Marunji has lagged behind because of constant negative reviews & vibes, it has created wrong impressions towards the buyers.

Hi Sir .. One suggestion. Kindly have analysis done as till what area Corporation pipelines have actually laid down. Builders are blindlt quoting Corp water in all launched projects left right but how do we know that that location has already got piped connection to enable water to the apartment? Location is in PCMC or PMC doesn't mean that one will definitely get water on day 1 when he or she gets posession of flat. Please educate on this because even in Bengaluru I have bought home very well in BBMP Limits in 2015 till today piping not laid down in Pune i M unabke to get such details as I am new to Pune.
