    This is excellent way to cover an area. Drone shots of basket bridge(London bridge) were awesome. Can you also cover areas around old Mumbai Pune highway like Chinchwad, Akurdi and Nigdi. Old highway is a treat to eyes and public infrastructure around the old Highway is top class. Can you cover that please.

    Please discuss about garbage dumping ground which led to delay in life republic project also. It is main concern in punawale location. I have cancelled good property due to same reason.

      Someday or another it will definitely come nearby Punawale as there are empty land parcels behind Puneville, overall growth of Punawale is stalled since couple of years due to the same reason, look for alternative areas as per your requirement.

      Yes, first you have to register it with DGCA and then take permission of the local authority wherever you are flying it.

    Please suggest which is the right location to get 2 BHK flat for living or investment within 45 lakhs... Ravet, Punawale, Tathawade, Akurdi or Hinjawadi.... Or some other area also can be considered where we can get atleast 15k + rent

    Whole growth of Punawale seems stalled due to constant news of proposed dumpyard in the vicinity of Pharande Puneville in Punawale.
    Ravet & Punawale started growing nearby same time same year, now Ravet is almost developed but Punawale still looks half baked and underperformed due to poor road plans & infrastructure.

      @@7001nikhil Few projects are going to be launched nearby W57 area in coming months, the right side of bhumkar chowk which is wakad is almost full so you can expect few phase extensions of existing projects, the left side of bhumkar chowk which is laxmi Chowk which is left side of highway prior to hinjawadi has few ongoing projects of Paranjape n couple of other builders but don't know why this area also looks almost stalled & underperformed due to regular water issues & oversupply in right Wakad.
      Hinjawadi phase 1 you can get few projects like VJ YashOne, Pride Purple, SP Joyville but they are purely residential purpose purely for IT people, in short hinjawadi is completely developed by IT for IT, so if rental or long term investment is your purpose of purchase then it is difficult to sale out the flat in future as hinjawadi still lacks corporation water supply, alongwith that they have created huge oversupply so many options are available for rental people, even buyers are not able to sale it out once price appreciates as IT is the only crowd, alongwith that once metro connects Hinjawadi why people will stay in that place where there's nothing other than IT park, as with metro they can reach any corner in hardly 20 minutes once operation starts.
      From the current scenario it looks like right side of the highway is more favorable to punekars & investors i.e [Aundh,Baner, Wakad, Tathavde,Ravet] as all of them have better connectivity, surrounding they have appreciated timely & still growing at contstant phase.

      @@adityadange954 Whatever you said completely make sense with respect current Pune real estate. I am actually looking for flat above 800 sft carpet area but couldn’t really find it. Now, very few projects in Pune west offering flats above 800sft carpet. I only liked 3bhk flats in Park District and Austin County project. But, due to non availability of inventories of desired floor I had to drop it. I am not really liking the way Pune developers coming up with insanely small/tiny carpet and inflating rates for project even in outskirts. I worked In Pune for 5 years and now working in Hyderabad for last 3 years. IT development In Pune is not as good as Hyderabad and Banglore and prices are still v high. In banglore and hyderabad you will find flats with 900 carpet in the range of 75-90 lac. Whereas same flat is costing no less than 90 lacs in Pune even in outskirts with water and electricity issues. People in Hyderabad and Banglore are earning much more money as compared to people in Pune at least in IT. So salary and real estate is not proportionate in Pune. Only plus of Pune is it is cleaner and greener as compared to Banglore or Hyderabad, that is it. And reason I am looking for flat in Pune is just because I’m from Maharashtra. But, if one think logically and invest accordingly then Pune market is purely overhyped and mostly it will crash in future or will go completely flat looking at more and more IT people are now moving to Hyderabad or Banglore for better packages.

      @@craigdork3511 Nope Punawale is still not a place to purchase primary home particularly for a family, it lacks accessibility, overall condition of infra around it is into bits & pieces, too much half baked development stalled this area even after being part of PCMC.

      It's still developing area of Pune suburb which is 20+ km west from main pune but yes growth nearby this area has definitely stalled since last 4-5 years due to many reasons, improper infra+roads, local politics, dump yard news are few of the reasons.
      The areas which are majorly shown in this channel are 15-30km surrounding of pune east or west but the prices are similar to Bangalore as many mumbai investors come to pune to invest in real estate as it's the closest city & major IT hub after bangalore but yes I agree bangalore has way better overall infrastructure, roads & connectivity than pune in current situation.

      Sadly IT culture n Artificial bubbling of builder looby has made land n property pricing sky high.
