Number 1 problem in Pune today is the quality of roads. No matter what kind of town planning we do, if the roads leading upto them are so poor, what's the use?
It's true, the quality of roads greatly impacts the overall infrastructure of a city.
Exactly the roads are in worst condition in Pune and PCMC.
There is massive corruption between contractors and civic officials and also politicians leading to cheaper and poor quality of roads.
This is amazing, finally Pune is on the development radar, would love to see it become a model city.
Nothing is moving on this Town planning schemes. PMRDA is a joke.
It is gathering momentum, let us hope for the good 👍🏼
@@kishenmilaney Being optimistic doesn’t always work out. PMRDA was incorporated some 7-8 years back but their DP plan is still not approved. They could not even build proper roads in Mhalunge township.
This will not happen .. Mahalunge hasn’t happened since 7 years ..
Almost 10 years to pmrda, nothing is moving ahead. Plus the govt is always changing, so the builders are making money but basic infrastructure is still nowhere to be found. And as many IT companies & hospitality sector are moving out of Pune, it looks like better not to invest for now.
I appreciate your frank comments. Yes there has been a problem in implementing the development for long, but off-late things are improving and I am sure we will overcome this issue.
Traffic issues did grip the Hinjewadi IT sector but the companies which moved out did so due to other reasons.
Yes but still there is lot of traffic congestion and with the poor quality roads full of potholes makes life worse for punekars.

Please tell us when will the residents around Undri will get pipe water and water tankers are taken off the roads.
Many forums are working towards this. Even Undri Residents Association is playing an important role to raise this issue. They do not have the water quota for this area as yet. But I am hopeful of this getting sorted soon.

These schemes are not happening.. farmers are against it .. investment in RE in such places is very risky
They happened in the past…Boat Club road in Pune is the live example. Let us be hopeful.

Manjari is a good location keeping future infra in mind, but you will have to keep patience bcoz and allocate better time horizon.

Depends upon your time horizon. While Mhalunge is fast developing and thus commands a high price compared to Holkarwadi where development is about to begin hence the entry price will be low but exit may take a while.
Firstly Thank you so much for these informative videos !!I've 2 questions 1)I own a property in bhugaon the proposed dp plan is out in which reservations for public amenities as per zone are clearly shown still tp scheme will be implemented here again ?I am confused can you please help me with that.
Usually they don’t overlap any Projects or schemes which are approved by Government earlier. So if your property is legally NA OR sanctioned by PMRDA then you should not have any issues. If it is not approved and if take it for TPS then you are compensated for it as explained in the video.

I don’t think Maan Mahalunge scheme is moving… I heard again objection. Please clarify on the latest update on Maan Mahalunge
All the premium plots are given to builders and big people, there is lot of corruption, that's why farmers are opposing the mahalunge Maan hi tech city scheme, I am a farmer of mahalunge who is suffering.
Without Water availability All development of Pune will crash like Bangalore.
