@@chilldoc9638 My mom used to believe that eating past 5pm would make us gain weight(cuz of metabolism or biological clock or some s**t) and we would get pretty hungry before bed. Now she would make dinner around 6 but still believes that eating past 7:30 would cause us to suddenly gain more weight
Jokes aside, I might actually try this I’ve been missing calories on my bulk. I love peanut butter, this shouldn’t be a problem. Wish me luck boys.

I recommend you to eat a bowl of whole peanut instead. Way more fun and does a great snack. Complement that with other nuts, salt, and some oil and you're golden.

For the past month I’ve been using the water and peanut butter method to reach those final macros that I’m missing. Every time I do I find myself thinking “This is not conducive to a healthy relationship with food,” but it’s been working so I’m going to continue to use it.
Food is only a fuel for a body. The relation ship with it should not be important. That how people get addicted to bad food cause they want the dopamine of it. But you shouldn’t ea5 food to get pleasure but to fuel yourself and depending on if you are cutting or bulking you should reduce or increase the amount of food you conssume

@@jorgeperez2872 yes i know it’s bad to dirty bulk. That is why I am doing a lean bulk. I am slowly gaining weight month by month and I eat a lot but my metabolism is very fast. I weight 140 to 144 pound and I eat like 3100 calori a day to lean bulk and I was force to do it in a way cause I was at 5 percent body fat few month ago and really needed to gain weight to gain muscle

@@akashbeh4856In clothes Yeah, But Delts are always better visible with Shirts off and the cuts on.
When I was in school and my brother was going to work and trying to bulk up I would always make his lunch before I went to bed so he had me make him a regular ham sandwich and 2 pb&j's on gluten free bread. He hated them but it did help him put on weight

I used to do this without the water hack.. always ended up choking on the nut, and the nut got stuck in my throat sometimes aswell 😢

Bro I've never tracked my calories I just eat what my mom cooks
At a certain point if you truly want to make the best progress you need to track these kinds of things. If you're old enough, get a job and start buying some of your own food. If not, do your best to track the calories in the food your mom makes.
Controlled weight gain/weight loss is the best way to optimize your progress, and that means you need to be accurate with your calorie intake

This is really fucking good if you're not countin macros and don't care for the fats but if you are then it can be really annoying but PB is a certified hood classic for getting in cals. Id also recommend adding this into your daily foods to help hitting your calories like i do with my oats which can help bump up the calories a lot for barely any difference in volume
Fat will be converted to calories same as carbs if your bodies needs them. But oats are great as whole grains

SpongeBob was the one who helped me get through two months of being in the intensive care unit of the hospital after I got hit by a distracted driver and then I was in a coma for three weeks. I'd rather suggest people to add extra 100 to 300 more calories across the week. The weekly avg is way more important anyways. If you missed a day you don't have to compensate in one sitting. Add a protein bar here, a bowl of cereal there or like have an avocado with your meal and complete it throughout the week. If you are keep missing your goal for the day then there is a different problem.
I would do this to eat boiled eggs like medicine to up my protein intake. Now, I've got this method too. Thanks!
This is how I got fat as a kid, not counting grams and calories but bored eating jars of peanut butter while watching TV.

Yeah this is definitely not the way. Sure you meet you calorie intake but damn, Im not doing this, I will compensate the next day with normal foods
Yeah If you went starving today and missed the calorie goal you already went through some catabolic processes and eating in excess at 1AM won't do much to reverse that excess calories will just get stored as fat at that moment.I guess the best way to go is to eat a normal bulk dinner and try not to starve ever again

ey max, im from indonesia and i've been watching your content and im loving it. aside from the jokes, i think is a really smart way to count your calories by weighing down the peanut butter jar first, then taking it and subtract between the jar and the peanut butter that your taking. thanks for the tips, love from indonesia❤
