I’ve been eating a kiwi with skin everyday for 2.5 years and it tastes so damn good. If you have a sweet craving after food you can actually eat it and you don’t even feel like it the bitter taste suppress the urge to eat sweet. I don’t know if that is scientific but works for me.

Max you should check out out the macros of milk. Milk has a really good protein to fat ratio and tastes good with peanut butter. You should try it out next bulk.

I always freak out at a little bit of fat gain, and like you I tend to accumulate a lot of fat in my chin which always makes me quit the bulk early. How do I overcome this? Ultimately the end result is me never getting bigger but despite this I still want to cut. I have had a history of eating disorders, but that was a few years ago now and I consider myself recovered and I eat everything etc. But these thoughts are still in my mind...any help is appreciated thx ❤ love your videos 😊
