- Here is my current diet on my mini-cut. I've been eating this everyday since January 1st and have lost 12 pounds so far (as of 1/21). Started at 205 pounds and am currently sitting at 193. The goal is to hit 185 before starting the bulk back up.

Max, a tip: try to eat your vit C's (kiwi's) right in the morning with your first meal. Because after a full night of fasting there will be a lower amount of glucose in your body that tries to hinder or reduce the absorption. Pair it with a low carb breakfast and enough water for the water soluble vitamins to bind you can easily get your daily dosage with just 2 kiwi's. I’ve been eating a kiwi with skin everyday for 2.5 years and it tastes so damn good. If you have a sweet craving after food you can actually eat it and you don’t even feel like it the bitter taste suppress the urge to eat sweet. I don’t know if that is scientific but works for me.

Max you should check out out the macros of milk. Milk has a really good protein to fat ratio and tastes good with peanut butter. You should try it out next bulk.

I dont know what he does but alot of people including me who work at home dont have to follow a schedule, as long as all my work gets done it doesnt matter when i do it

Hey man I had a question regarding my training. I am currently on the ppl split working out 6d a week. Due to time crunch , I tend to do 2 sets per exercise close to or to failure. So for eg. on push day I will do 3chest,2shoulder & 2tricep exercises 2sets each. On pull day I do 4back and 2bicep exercises. Is this enough for muscle growth or should I add more sets ?

Yeah, if you truly train hard that's more than enough. But the best way to know if you are training enough is how sore you get. If you get a little bit sore after your workouts but you are perfectly recovered for your next workout that's the perfect amount of sets/intensity; if your muscles are still sore when you train them again you did too much; and if you never get sore there's a big chance you could do more, try upping the intensity and/or the sets a little bit and see.

Hey Max, how do I overcome the mental hurdle of bulking? I always freak out at a little bit of fat gain, and like you I tend to accumulate a lot of fat in my chin which always makes me quit the bulk early. How do I overcome this? Ultimately the end result is me never getting bigger but despite this I still want to cut. I have had a history of eating disorders, but that was a few years ago now and I consider myself recovered and I eat everything etc. But these thoughts are still in my mind...any help is appreciated thx ❤ love your videos 😊

I usually have 3 eggs most days with no issues. I typically have more problems with dairy and whey protein, I try to limit the dairy.

Yes, he likely just has so much bc it is easy and for him it is free. Ideally whole foods have more micronutrients and so are better if you can get all your protein from them.

No it's the opposite, only caloirees matter for a cut. But having protein helps to keep oyir muscles 👍
