I will put my leftover lettuce in a bowl with some water. Sounds weird but when your ready to eat it, rinse it out and it will help prevent the lettuce from turning brown. Stays crunchy for me too.
Hey Chris, I've done the only lettuce thing for a snack too, whatever goes on within the guts when you eat lettuce by itself I get the same thing. You have to eat it with a meal I find to get proper digestion.
