Hi max whether you read this or not, here it goes.
You are my biggest inspiration to the way your diet is to the way you look heck even to the way you chug down peanut butter like it’s nothing. You inspired to be who I am today, I have to say , training to failure and learning about mechanical tension ( all from you) was the best thing that happened to me. I have progressed in my lifts and I look the best I have ever been, it’s a thing to say when I have been conscious about my body for a long time.
At the end of the day, I wanted to say keep this series going, maybe a bulk series aswell. Keep going. Thank you max.

Congrats on hitting 1 million subs btw looking in fantastic shape. Speaking about genetics, its something we cannot control, some of us have fast twitch muscle fibres compared to slow twitch muscle fibres, hence why those who are sprinters are fast twitch compared to marathon runners who are slow twitch. Totally agree though, its about improving ourselves and no comparing ourselves to others, we are all different in our own unique way, biologically and neurologically.

Good Video, always good to see insights on causal lifting and how you are personally doing it. One suggestion, the audio is messed up while you are doing the sets, personally I would rather have a some music playing while you are doing the sets, maybe you can have 2 reps to show how breathing is done while lifting.

One question: why don't u try to do ur Y lateral raises leaned up on the floor instead of standing? That way u won't balance ur back at the end of ur set and u'll be able to get an even better focus on ur side delts

Hey Max,
How much is your current caloric deficit? And do you account for the cardio in it or not?
To elaborate further IIRC you were having more than 3k kcals (maybe even more)and now are on 2.2k. Considering your maintenance is around 2600, you were in 400 kcals surplus and now are in 400 kcals deficit but are also doing cardio (100-200 kcals). How are you preventing muscle loss with a 400 + 100-200 kcals deficit straight after being in kcals surplus for so long? Can you explain your how you come up with the surplus and deficit amount in the next video?
