Max is the prime example of what diligence and self discipline looks like. If you have the time, money, knowledge, and discipline to work and follow through with your workout you can achieve great results. -Weigh yourself each morning, get average for a week, eat the same thing everyday with 1g of protein/lb of bodyweight (i.e. 150pds=150g), and if your average weight goes up from one week to the next (about 0.5lb-1lb), keep going until your weight plateaus, then add 100-200 calories, and visa versa on a cut.
      Could look like:
(when you get to a certain rep amount, up the weight, depending on if you want to lift in different rep ranges, but do it to failure regardless). Do 3 sets for all. After a while you can individualise your training for lagging muscle groups.

Yea man Ik the hard work that goes into a physique like this man. Idk why it’s hard for people to believe that with good diet and consistent proper training with proper recovery you can obtain a great physique. It may not be as good as others but that comes down to several other things mainly genetics. Keep up the hard work bro.

You’ve been a huge motivator for me over the last few years as I’ve gotten back into weight lifting. Cardio was/is my go-to, but your videos really helped me feel comfortable lifting again. Anytime I have a question as to what kind of exercise to do or what the correct form of a particular exercise looks like I ALWAYS search for one of your videos.
Thank you so much for your effort in making these videos and please know that you are making a difference.

By now I've been lifting longer than I haven't (about to turn 34) and while I agree with Greg on a lot of things I can't see myself doubting you being natural at all. I feel like he doesn't realize how misleading photos can be. You're an absolute unit and look great, however, you, like every other fitness content creator, post pictures in the best lightning, best angle and best form possible.
So yeah, I fully understand how it's easy for someone not knowing this to think you're not natty, but Greg just surprised me on this one.
Keep up the great work 💪💪

Don’t let anyone tell you different. Doubters do not have the discipline you do day in & day out. It’s not an easy lifestyle. You inspire me every day to eat better, exercise more & enjoy fitness.
