Your videos have helped me improve in the gym so much. Before I was a cardio only type person bc I was to scared to touch weights but now I’ve been lifting using your tips for a couple months. Hopefully one day I can be a Greek god like you brother!
Ever since seeing that beef quesadilla recipe I have not stopped making it. It tastes so nice especially when paired with no sugar and reduced salt tomato sauce. Only tip: season the beef when it’s just about to be finished cooking in the pan😅The seasoning flavours will absorb into the meat rather than the powders just sitting on top of the cooked meat.
The quesadilla one had helped me SO much I've always had issues with food feeling like a "chore" but this is just so easy and quick, I usually use a soy patty instead of ground meat(mostly bc I'm lazy) & it's soooo tasty

Kudos on your effort! 4600 calories seems extreme to me, but on the other hand I do understand. I'm also on the bulk and I hit a wall with 3200 calories at 170 pounds. I need to better organize my eating to break through, but I'm lazy. Had the same thought about high metabolism, like you said, it's both a blessing and a curse.
It’s sooo difficult to stuff yourself with so many calories, especially with an ectomorphic type of built. Every time I bulk I end up exhausted from the amount of food and can’t wait for the cut.
Yo this is hellllla appreciated! I’ve been cooking since I was real young and if you wanna really spice up your ground beef/turkey, squeeze a lime on top and season while it’s cooking. Takes it to the next level

LEAN BULK aka MAINGAIN is the most optimal way of growing, especially for a natural 💪🏼 Going on my 8th year of natural bodybuilding and never felt better💯
you don't need 4600 calories a day for a bulk, and it certainly won't be clean. 3500 calories is more than enough to facilitate muscle growth. cut down on the fats - 194g is ridiculous bro that's literally an entire jar of peanut butter.

That's actually an excellent bulk diet. Only thing "unhealthy" there is the cheese.
