11:38 there is one scenario where a 3 second pause is useful and that's at the very bottom of any calf exercise, dont pause at the top its unnecessary for calves but definitely pause at the bottom for 3ish secs

Max, a small tip for u: you’re using a lot of front shoulders on pec dec and cable Flies. Put your shoulder back and locked 🔒.

Question: would you consider general strength training* and bodybuilding to be basically the same thing?
General strength training: training to have a higher performance (Better tempo/form, higher reps/weight, harder biomechanical position with the same rep x weight) on most of the movement patterns. just training to have increased performance on all vectors.

Instead of focusing on lbs lost focus on increasing your calorie deficit like decreases the amount of calories eating over time to your preferred body fat percentage. You can also eat one gram of protein per pound of weight if you’re worried about losing muscle.

Incline Press
Machine Lateral Raise
Dumbbell Lateral Raise
Pushdowns

Shoulder Press
I'm wondering why you do 2 set per exercise rather than 1, and if it's better to do 2 sets

Thoughts on biceps on push days, and triceps on pull days? And switching between the musclegroups, so like pull days would be pull - tricep - pull - tricep - pull movement?
When you train in this kind of rep range do you ever found hard to feel the muscle, especially the back muscle. Low rep range including heavy weight, I hardly felt my lat and trap but i still tried to maintance the form and ROM, it’s still counted right?

Hey max , i have a question that is making some confusion to me . When you have your maintenance calories calculated, and you want to eat at maintenance for example , do you have to eat more calories because you are “lifting weight”? Or is it summed all together by the calorie calculator? Bcz I experienced myself that when i try to bulk , eating above my maintenance by 200 cal didn’t make any change to my weight at all , so I thought it was bcz I didn’t subtract any calories burnt from my lofting .
In the calorie calculator there’s an option that says daily activity so it bases at that
