I started off playing recorder in the 3rd grade, then after passing a tone test, I was accepted into band and started learning the clarinet. After digging through my dads old jazz collection and sifting through all the shit he incessantly played as a child I started tucking my shirts in and wearing derby caps backwards. After being birthed from the cool I gave less shits, but then Spongebob Fucking Square Pants shat onto the tv and I suddenly was known as Squidward. Fast forward 10 years mingled with braces, trumpet, baritone, tonnes of great music at home, and an overwhelming dread put on by winter(and life, lets face it), I found myself in inner city high school marching band. That was a trip, huh. After high school art and psychedelics took over and BAM 12 years later I find this video and now realize that I'm not the only shithead out there. Thank Jeebus, time to take those looped bangers to party town and heal the world. Thanks Derek!
