She came out so cute. In my head I was picturing her with a how do you call it a daisy crown like the hippie in the 70s and with short shorts and a tie dye shirt hahaha and a 70s style bag and big sunglasses haha.

Love your videos! Where did you get the tool for rerooting Barbies hair?
I was hoping this video would be restoring the original wire hair on a Quick Curl Barbie because I have one I am trying to detangle. But it is still useful.
There's not too much that can be done with the original hair if it's in rough condition. You can not use heat at all.. It will destroy the original hair. I've actually had some success with amika soulfood ( amzn.to/47UOBZk ) but use only a very very little bit..
I love watching your videos. What kind of hair do you use to root the eyelashes? I would love a slowed down video of how you root the lashes.
Thank you! I have a video in real time of me rooting a doll. The lashes are done the same way. Same rooting tool, same needle size. Only use 3-4 hairs per plug tho. Wow, you are truly an Artist!Do you have any ideas On how to restore a Quick curl barbie with all of her original hair? I don't know how to fix it because of the metallic threads in the hair. Can it be washed and re styled?
That is about the best you can do for a quick curl (wash and restyle). Don't apply any heat because the hair will immediate frizz up. It's the worse hair ever..

Great video. How many strands of hair do you typically use per plug? On my first reroot I think I used way too many.
Thank you! It is very easy to over stuff the plugs. I use a smaller needle which helps me only use 10-12 strands per plug.

I have my Quick Curl Barbie from childhood, and would love to reroot her, because that was the worst hair ever!
Yes it was.. it's because they put tiny pieces of wire throughout the entire head and used cheap synthetic hair that would roll easily with the wire. It became very brittle through the years. Color Magic Barbie's have the same crap synthetic hair minus the wire throughout.
