    PiYo is musical, rhythmic, moving, challenging, and super fun! You'll work on strength, balance, flexibility, endurance, and coordination all in one low impact (no jumping) workout using just your body and a mat! No equipment needed.
    This is the Signature round which is perfect for beginners to see what PiYo is all about and learn some of the staple movements. It's also perfect for more experienced PiYo'ers to go back to the basics and improve form.
    This workout is apartment friendly since you're on a mat without moving heavy weights or jumping around. Pause as needed. Watch the previews the first time though, or skip past them as you know what you're doing. Most of all, have fun and don't take it too seriously!
