I’m newly transitioning and am in athlete shape for a female however being on T and changes I’m anticipating I was extremely curious on how to train what to expect as well as everything else you talk about has been a huge relief to learn.     Today I went to gym for the first time since August 2020. I don't know what it was, but as soon as I walked through those doors, it was like I never stopped going.
    Since it was my first time back, I just played around on my favourite machines and was even confident enough to add weight to the incline bench press. I'm considering getting a membership because it's 15 bucks each visit or I could pay that once a week for a 24 month membership.
    One of my goals for this year was to start going to the gym/get a membership. I'm hoping to cross it off, since one of my other goals is to successfully tape my chest. To do that, I need to kick my ass in the gym.
    I've gotta give you mad props, man. Your videos are what I aspire mine to be. I want to be able to give other trans guys/trans masculine individuals advice on stuff. You be doing most of the work for me lol

      Example: there could be another thicc trans boi like me out there that needs advice. I want to be able to provide that.
      At the moment, my current vids are cringe 😬but another goal I have this year is to be more consistent with RUclips, meaning it should be more legit 😉

      Honestly fam idk what chest size I was in cups but I was a Large sports bra and I was not by any means in any itty bitty titty committee. According to my gf I was a D cup 🤷🏽‍♂️
      Don’t underestimate what busting your ass in training and taking nutrition seriously can do for you, don’t count yourself out and don’t be afraid of hard work. I believe in you

    Yeah, HRT is the use of anabolic steroids. Unfortunately there's no common use name yet for "supra male testosterone supplementation". So you and people like Joe Rogan (who's also on HRT/TRT) don't yet have a common use term to distinguish your usage from someone like Phil Heath or Kai Greene or the late Rich Piana or the late Zyzz.

      I definitely feel like there’s a strict line between “HRT” and “blast cycles” which is what the dudes that you referred to are/were proponents of. People can act like they’re one in the same but it all comes down to where your test levels are. Appreciate the engagement bud
