There are a ton of variables that would affect this question. What’s your current physique? Are you over weight or underweight? what’s your current diet look like? Does it lack protein does it have too many carbs? what are your goals? A healthier lifestyle? To get big? Or just to be lean? You gotta figure those things out and do more research on the subject
@@DevonSpears I'm 165 lbs, so a little overweight, but I don't mind because I want to lower my body fat %, and still gain muscle. I try to eat as much protein as I can but I barely reach 120g each day
