Plz make video on this if you can.It will benefit so many workers especially in punjab.I'll wait for your reply
They cannot fire you just like that there are rules for termination and they will be in deep trouble if they terminate you illegally without proper reason. Don't worry if they ask you to do anything that doesn't come under your work area tell them to assign you the work in writing if they do it you can go to court and then your department will be sorry I'm sure

In Haryana contribution has a capped. 0.2% of wage, wage mean basic salary or gross salary. Please clear.
