    Sir, I was working in Mahindra car showroom as GM. My employer given a month notice in October 19 for one with reason they were not satisfied from my work . I worked with firm till November 19 and thereon show room closed. Now my employer not given me salary of November 19 and other benefit. Kindly advice.

    Serva shikha abhiyan (SSA) etc. in India.
    Your focus is only on private companies employees.

    Most of the private companies follow process of 'incentivized resignation'. It would be good if that process could also be covered with Do's and Dont's. That would be helpful to HR people in companies where the intent is to do the right thing

    My wife was working for a company for the last 3 months where she was under going training .
    Yesterday she passed training and every one congratulated her aswell .
    Today all of a sudden she got a termination letter and the reason which is given by the company is that the thailand is shut down and they can't hire anymore .

    Joined as a PGT teacher with Probation period 2 years, salary nehi de rehe the, original appointment letter and id cards nehi de rehe the, email kiye the, email karne ke baad uske next din hi without any notice or reason bol diya ki upko aur nehi chahiye is school me, aur next din se without any notice mereko school pe guards dwara ghusne se mana kar diya. To hum probation period me legal action le sakte hai aur nehi? Kiuki termination letter tak nehi Mila, sirf provisional appointment letter ke aadhaar pe hum kaam kar rehe the.

    For the past 1 year I'm working from home for my company and I had an argument with HR after that I send my resignation and asked what to do for my letter (experience latter) but they never responded and I was waiting for management response so I send 2nd letter for update and they did regarding my resignation but they accused me of Absconding in reality, they never send me any message or call or any official warning letter rather they change my office email id password, not responding to my mail and now telling me after explaining all things between me and HR as well why I took this decision in writing to the boss but Boss send mail "Mr. You send resign not notice you should be grateful I didn't ask for notice period compensation". but I never told them on any written document not even in my resignation I'm not going to serve so why are they making assumptions and making decisions without my consent what to do?

    Aapka channel bahut hi achha hai.....Sir main jis company main kam karta hun wahan mujhe lagbhag 7 saal ho gaye hain. company march 2020 se lagataar meri salary 30% kaat rahi hai aur har 3 mahine baad badhane ka wada karke mukar ja rahi hai. aaj 21 may 2021 ko mujhe unpaid leave par jane ke liye bol rahe hain. jabki mere department main 5 log naye bharti kar diye hain. eske alawa aur department main bhi bahut hiring ho rahi hai. jabki jinhe april 2020 main unpaid leave par bheja tha unme se kisi ko bhi nahi bulaya unki jagah naye log le liye. humara kam online chal raha hai. esme company ne hume ghar main kaam karne ke liye computer aur internet bhi nahi diya wo bhi hum apna use kar rahe hain. march 2020 se november 2020 tak humne 12 ghante kaam kiya. sunday & suturday main bhi kaam kiya...aur bhi bahut kuch hai jo co ne unnecessary humare saath kiya. sir main aapse ye janna chahta hun ki mujhe aaj jo unpaid leave par bhej rahe hain, esme legally main kya kadam utha sakta hun. plz help

    Please guide me how to resign from a company when your resignation or voice is never heard or acknowledged. The reason i want to leave that job is that there's no work or experience to gain but I'm just stuck in that company however earning full salary. Deterrent is I can't even take a legal route into the labour organisation to complain about this issue due to some reason which will impact only me in an adverse way🙏🏼
