    सर रिलायंस के मोल और विशाल मेगा मार्ट अपने कर्मचारियों से 10 घंटे 12 घंटे 15 घंटे काम करवा रहे हैं और ओवरटाइम का कुछ नहीं मिलता है, कोई कन्वेंस भी नहीं दिया जाता है। जबकी रूल के हिसाब से 9 घंटे हैं काम करना होता है और इसमें दोनों शाखा प्रबंधक( ब्रांच मैनेजर) और क्षेत्र प्रबंधक (RFM)(एरिया मैनेजर) मिले होते हैं। sir एक वीडियो , सर इसमें आप क्या कहना चाहेंगे।

    Very insightful video.
    Questions:
    Delay in appraisal: Promised every year in April, but disclosed in September-November. Till then the employee is under dark. Any law the company is breaking? HR is having no answer or justification.
    Verbally said - no gratuity will be given, after 5 years.
    Abused, harassed and was forced to resign. Senior official calls home at night and abuses on mother in front of family. Complaints were filed to directors and HR - HR took no action. Says, forget it, it happens.
    Still not replying after writing several mails.
    What should the employee do after the above experience?

      In India there is no such law which deals with the delay in appraisal from the employer. Appraisal is a right of employee if mentioned in the appointment letter. Some of the organisation do not conduct appraisal at all. Annual appraisal if mentioned in the appointment letter is granted to every employee.
      After 6 months or 1 year as mentioned in the letter appraisal is conducted to see and review the performance of the employee. Every employee is given with a form to fill in about the work they have done in the particular duration and their expectations from the employer or organisation.
      There could have been difficulties or there can be any other reason for not conducting the appraisal on time mentioned. You should have patience and wait for the appraisal. Proceeding legally will not be advisable for you for the reason that the proceedings can take time. You should ask your employer do state the reasons for the delay in appraisal. You should know how to handle such situations, if there is a genuine problem then you should support your employer this can create a good image of you in front of your employer. If appraisal of other employees have been done and only you are left out you should then confront and communicate with your employer or boss.

    ALL EMPLOYERS MUST BE MANDATED TO MAKE A MENTION OF LEGITIMATE GOVERNMENT LABOUR LAWS WEBSITE DETAILS etc IN ALL EMPLOYMENT/CONTRACT LETTER DETAIL. IF EMPLOYERS DO NOT DO IT THEY MUST BE PENALIZED.

      Such rules are already there. Check your company's notice board. The important laws will be there.

    Hi, I am working In IT industry but not getting promotion since last 11 years. Many times insulted in front of junior and always treating me junior when I joined their team, they do favour of thier old resource. They never accepted me as a part of that project. They never allow me to show/explain my achievements/efforts taken intelligent way.

      Yes, video on this topic. Companies are forcing employees to work for 62 hrs/week even though they don't want.

    I have a query regarding working hours.
    If employeer is forcing to do overtime always which crosses 8 hrs a day and 48 hrs a week and employee is unable to do it due to health issues, what can be done?

    For EPF, If I tell my employer that I want to contribute more than 1800, then is the employer obligated to contribute the same amount as I or is the higher limit of employer contribution 1800 only?

      EE can contribute as much he/she want

    Employer too miss this...!
    Reason is not inequality or Anti-feminism, but Paternity Leaves are important for Housewife & man of Housewife.

    M'am , please clarify one doubt . I couldn't able to complete my notice period as I had to join the institute for higher study. I completed 1 month of notice period out of 3 months and paid back the shortfall notice amount to the company . Should I get my service certificate ?

    Very enlightened presentation. Thank you. Now a days, most of people working in government office through outsourcing agent and they have been under exploitation,such as no salary slips, misappropriation of EPF and ESI contribution. If one claim, result would be loss of job i.e fire. What to do?
    What are special thing one know, if he is working in government office under manpower service provider?
