I need some help. I worked in a company between 2011 to 2013. That time there was no UAN no for EPF account. Thereafter I worked as an independent consultant. So no EPF. I tried linking it with UAN, i got UAN no online. I didnt withdraw my EPF because did not need the money. In April 2020 I joined another company and worked there till October 2020. This was during lockdown. This new company used my UAN no. but my old account is not linked with this UAN no. I dont know how to link it. EPF office is saying ask your previous employer. But previous employer is saying they cannot help. What to do?

Ur employees family member have to submit form5IF with the name of all claimant son daughter under 25 yr. And wife nominee,, not very easy to get the amount ..it will take time. But big amount will sanctions according to decease salary..

I have a simple question that if someone who is eligible for pf and edli and dies due to some reason during his tenure; and now wants to apply for the pension of his widow and children, does the pf has to withdrawn first. DOE is 18 July 2020 but EDLI amount is calculated on the previous calculation rule. Kindly tell me which formula will be applied in this case.

Average pf balance means mera total pf amount jo balance hai, na ki only employer or employee contribution ka amount, or agar mai pf paisa advance nikal ta hu, to keya mera edli calculation mai effect padega.

My father was an employee in Sail Bokaro and got medically unfit for his duty so he was separated from his service in 2017 on medical grounds and was registered under the employee's family benefit scheme. The length of his service was till 31st January 2021. Unfortunately, on 8th March 2018, my father expired due to his illeness. So can we now apply for EDLI? Please help me.

A proprietor has 14 employees in his establishment. So, he is not covered in EPF. His another establishment has 12 employees. So, the proprietor has total 26 employees under separate establishments. is both establishment will cover under EPF, even though less than 20 employees?

Sir, DOE is Oct 2020 and the member passed away in may 2021. In between this months (nov 2020-may 2021) he was not working.

hello, Hope you are doing fine! Our organization is registered under PF Scheme since decades, now due to automation we have less than 10 or 10-12 employees appointed, please guide us along with full process if in case our employees and we want to opt out from PF Deduction scheme.
after retire from the post means after 60 yr , can claim this. or this scheme is only when one is in service.
