I have worked for 6 months and 4 days ie 184 days in my old co. I claimed for PF out of 19c settled successfully. But claim for 10C rejected by wrongly mentioning that as per OF records my non contributory days are 26 during the service. It is pertinent to mention that I have taken full salary for 6 months and 4 days. My of contribution for 6 months are 1800x6 + 4 days contribution. But they rejected adamently. What to do, to recover my pension of.
If your Pf is deducted 1800 then your basic salary is more then 15000 that mean you are not eligible for EPS mean pension scheme so you are not eligible for pension.
Old PF account holders what to do to file form 10 D,when employer has closed his establishment,how to certify this form to submit for the monthly pension.

I opted for EPF pension at the age of 49 when I took VRS in the year 2000. I was getting Reduced pension from 2001 up to date. I have completed 69 years. Now also I am getting regular pension which is less than Rs 1000.00 per month. I just wanted to know whether I am getting the correct pension ? Help me to help you .
