As I have arthritis, I have hesitated to do a lot of workouts or go to the gym as my fear of being hurt is greater than my dislike for being out of shape. BUT, for the new year I decided now was the time. I tried several on RUclips but then found your series. I have stayed consistent 5 days a week for 4 weeks now and can already tell the difference. I feel stronger, have more energy, and more importantly, I am so proud of myself for sticking to it! Your workouts are perfect for seniors (an often forgotten group), don't take up but a half hour of my day, work the WHOLE body, and ARE FUN!! Thanks for taking such good care of us "old folks". Never mind your age, these exercises are guaranteed to make the person doing them more mobile at whatever stage they are at...... I am injured at the minute so need to do some exercises to keep my mobility going and these are wonderful..... I intend to continue with them after I am back to full fitness. I love your wide variety so we can broaden our world of exercising than just walking. I feel quite clumsy,but I can see where repetition brings improvement. I hope this comment doesn't trigger anybody but I just started working with a new therapist and thought I was just old school when I saw trainers on You Tube wearing sports bras and thinking of my childhood years when my mother would tell me to put on some clothes. I now realize after after 1 session with her that I have some very significant body image issues calling myself fat and fear of being judged etc. I really appreciate that Lauren is one of the few female trainers on You Tube that dresses respectfully. I will never forget when I commented on one of her dance videos that I felt like a beach whale and she told me to please be kind to myself ❤️
Thank you for your kind comments Paula. I think most people have some issues or insecurities about their bodies. I just try to encourage people (including myself) to focus on what they do like about themselves or have worked really hard for. I like my shoulders and arm muscles! I also don't think my target audience needs or wants to see ripped abs or butt shots for motivation! It's just not realistic. I just want people to feel great both inside and out after working out with me :)
in my 30s, not a senior, but found this a fantastic workout! I love that it's gentle, fun and at the same time feels like a proper workout. Really gets the sweat going and the heart pumping whilst not feeling like extreme overexertion like some other workout videos feel to me. Thanks Lauren ❤
I just found these last night and did 2 different ones. I really like them! Lots of variety. I like doing a different workout every time. I’m 70 peeking at 71. Good workout and my sore knees are feeling much better. Trying to burn the extra insulation off!
I have been starting my mornings with your workouts for about six weeks and I just want to thank you! I love the way you communicate the moves in words and example, and that you get the lower body foundation going first, adding arms once we are in the groove. I usually have struggled to follow dance and dance cardio moves, but you make it so clear and easy that I am having fun! And it’s effective! I’m feeling energized, flexible, strong and happier in my body than I’ve been in a long time! There’s a new joyful news flooding in! Thank you!!

Your workout videos are great. Sound and video production are good, which helps enjoy the workout. The workouts themselves are excellent. Enough to be aerobic without causing new problems. After a month of 30 min/day of your workouts, my 77 year old body is feeling better. And I no longer need shoulder surgery.

I have been starting my mornings with your workouts for about six weeks and I just want to thank you! I love the way you communicate the moves in words and example, and that you get the lower body foundation going first, adding arms once we are in the groove. I usually have struggled to follow dance and dance cardio moves, but you make it so clear and easy that I am having fun! And it’s effective! I’m feeling energized, flexible, strong and happier in my body than I’ve been in a long time! There’s a new joyful news flooding in! Thank you!!

Your workout videos are great. Sound and video production are good, which helps enjoy the workout. The workouts themselves are excellent. Enough to be aerobic without causing new problems. After a month of 30 min/day of your workouts, my 77 year old body is feeling better. And I no longer need shoulder surgery.
