I almost didn’t exercise this morning. I sang in a 90-minute concert yesterday and I’m feeling drained. But then I saw new video and decided I needed to get moving. I’m so glad I did. This is just intense enough to get the juices flowing without leaving you limp! Thank you for all of your varied workouts!

Between my two jobs (one at the Y), I can run out of time and/or energy to work out. After all, who wants to stay at work for the extra hour or so to workout?! 😄 This keeps it fun and I may use a few of these moves to add to my class routines!! I appreciate you!!
