I almost didn’t exercise this morning. I sang in a 90-minute concert yesterday and I’m feeling drained. But then I saw new video and decided I needed to get moving. I’m so glad I did. This is just intense enough to get the juices flowing without leaving you limp! Thank you for all of your varied workouts!

The workouts are adaptable for everyone. You keep each episode interesting as you work the total body, which is what I look for after doing yoga prior to your sessions. I think I’ve learned my lesson - when I go elsewhere for a workout that “pushes” me, I end up paying for it. My hip was sore today after too much yesterday and this was exactly right. Hi, Lauren!! Thx for this!! I am doing a 30 minutes exercise per day in January as I strive to get back to a regular workout time several times a week. Between my two jobs (one at the Y), I can run out of time and/or energy to work out. After all, who wants to stay at work for the extra hour or so to workout?! 😄 This keeps it fun and I may use a few of these moves to add to my class routines!! I appreciate you!!
