LOVE the complete workout!! Warmup, muscle work and stretch all in one. It makes it so much easier for my weak will! Love the music, the variety and choice of movements, everything. I need variety, I get bored very easily which has made it difficult for me to stick with exercise programs. If you haven’t already, please make a bunch more of this kind. 😅
47 and in better shape than my 20s despite health issues. Your channel has absolutely made a huge positive difference. Another great workout! I loved the challenges. Slightly modified the crunches. Hi Lauren, I didn't really want to join a seniors or beginners class, as im 53 and used to to pilates 4 times a week, but I developed bursitis in both my shoulders and both hips, so was unable to participate in any of my usual classes. I found you and it is just the right level for me, im hoping to build strength and then will be able to up the weights and improve, thank you so much for these classes!

I LOVE this workout! It may be my absolute favorite. It was doable, but challenging, and I really appreciate the ways to level up each exercise. 10 reps for each exercise, repeated twice, with the second round offering the level-up opportunities is a perfect format!! Slow and controlled, standing followed by mat, the 47 minute length… All perfect! I’m looking forward to more of these! Thanks!!❤
This s another one of my fav workouts! It's so exciting to be able to tell I'm getting stronger and have more range of motion in my trouble areas. Loved it of course! Just turned 70 years young in December, and let's keep it moving! More of these! I came back from a rainy hour walk with dog to beat the storm coming, to just do a little bit of this in regards to instensity. Coffee and breakfast on my mind and it's just a yucky day....to then first 10 minutes upped the weight and got into my groove to fully having fun with this workout! Thank you, again
I love this workout and all the Lauren workouts I have tried over the past couple of years. One note: A safer alternative to the "skull-crusher" move for triceps (it makes me nervous) is the overhead pull, so you just touch the floor just above your head instead of touching the weights to your forehead.
Great workout! Performing the workout was truly invigorating! Each exercise felt purposeful yet manageable, striking a perfect balance for someone in their mid-sixties like myself. I appreciated how the routine targeted various muscle groups without pushing me beyond my limits. The clarity of instruction made it easy to follow along, ensuring I maintained proper form throughout. Overall, it left me feeling energized and motivated to continue incorporating strength training into my fitness routine.
I appreciate these workouts where we do lower and upper body separately. It helps to hone in on the proper weights to use, which are very different for the upper and lower body-at least for me. Thank you for all these varied and excellent workouts.
This is now one of my favorite workouts for my all-strength training Tuesdays and Thursdays! I like that you have included floor work as well as standing strength. I also appreciate that, in total, I can get in more than 30 minutes of "strength training." (Even if it is just with my 2 lb. weights, but next time I shall be moving up to 3 or 4 lb. weights!) I'm 65 and in fairly good shape, but have an auto immune disease that affects joints with inflammation. I am SO happy for your classes. The movements are done in a safe pace. In three weeks I have increased my weights to 5 lbs in some of the movements, and It's unbelievable I can already see the difference in my muscles. That you so much. I also love your voice!
This is definitely a new favorite Lauren. I previewed it when it first came out but was scared of the longer length and thought it would be too hard but it was very doable as I only leveled up where I could. You are right it is a good one to come back to. It went very quickly.
Once a week I zoom with my college friends to exercise. We're all 61 and have tried various workouts. We enjoy your workouts since they allow us to work at our own fitness level yet still workout together. This video was the perfect length. Loved this workout...probably my favorite so far. I am 55 and in pretty good shape (prefer using heavier weights). I sometimes have issues with my back and knees (autoimmune disease) so your videos are good and protect my joints. I love working out with weights too....your strength videos with weights are my favs.

Lauren, I love that you remind us of good posture. Good positions all throughout the workout because I will relax very quickly but that's why I stay with you. There are hundreds of exercises for seniors on the internet. But I stay with you because you always emphasize proper form proper posture and as you get older you have to have that all you end up with injuries. I learned that the hard way. So much to love about this work out! Love how long it was, please more of these weight training ones this long! I loved how challenging but not hard on my bad hips - it actually strengthened them a lot! Love that you told us that you were doing sets of 10 - I don't look at the screen all of the time, and often don't know how many I am supposed to be counting to. Thank you for all of your variety! My husband and I love your videos. One favour if possible - can you tell us when to breathe and out - you mentioned breathing out coming up - I was breathing in! So good to know! I try to watch your breathing but can't work it out :)
I'm thrilled you love it Yvette! Re: breathing, I'm usually thinking of 1000 things at once when I'm filming so I find it difficult to cue it all the time. And to be honest, I'm not the best breather ;) As a general rule, exhale on the exertion part of the exercise. The "up" on the bicep curl or squat. But it's totally fine to breath where is feels natural to you. We are not olympic weight lifters here ;)

Hi Lauren, I didn't really want to join a seniors or beginners class, as im 53 and used to to pilates 4 times a week, but I developed bursitis in both my shoulders and both hips, so was unable to participate in any of my usual classes. I found you and it is just the right level for me, im hoping to build strength and then will be able to up the weights and improve, thank you so much for these classes!

I LOVE this workout! It may be my absolute favorite. It was doable, but challenging, and I really appreciate the ways to level up each exercise. 10 reps for each exercise, repeated twice, with the second round offering the level-up opportunities is a perfect format!! Slow and controlled, standing followed by mat, the 47 minute length… All perfect!

This s another one of my fav workouts! It's so exciting to be able to tell I'm getting stronger and have more range of motion in my trouble areas. I love the snow angel stretch with bent arms as I am often bent over with the kinds of activities I usually do. I could thank you each and every day as you keep me inspired and returning for more!!!

Loved it of course! Just turned 70 years young in December, and let's keep it moving! More of these! I came back from a rainy hour walk with dog to beat the storm coming, to just do a little bit of this in regards to instensity. Coffee and breakfast on my mind and it's just a yucky day....to then first 10 minutes upped the weight and got into my groove to fully having fun with this workout! Thank you, again

I love this workout and all the Lauren workouts I have tried over the past couple of years. One note: A safer alternative to the "skull-crusher" move for triceps (it makes me nervous) is the overhead pull, so you just touch the floor just above your head instead of touching the weights to your forehead.

I appreciate these workouts where we do lower and upper body separately. It helps to hone in on the proper weights to use, which are very different for the upper and lower body-at least for me. Thank you for all these varied and excellent workouts.

This is now one of my favorite workouts for my all-strength training Tuesdays and Thursdays! I like that you have included floor work as well as standing strength. I also appreciate that, in total, I can get in more than 30 minutes of "strength training." (Even if it is just with my 2 lb. weights, but next time I shall be moving up to 3 or 4 lb. weights!) I'm 65 and in fairly good shape, but have an auto immune disease that affects joints with inflammation. I am SO happy for your classes. The movements are done in a safe pace. In three weeks I have increased my weights to 5 lbs in some of the movements, and It's unbelievable I can already see the difference in my muscles. That you so much. I also love your voice!

This is definitely a new favorite Lauren. I previewed it when it first came out but was scared of the longer length and thought it would be too hard but it was very doable as I only leveled up where I could. You are right it is a good one to come back to. It went very quickly.

Once a week I zoom with my college friends to exercise. We're all 61 and have tried various workouts. Loved this workout...probably my favorite so far. I am 55 and in pretty good shape (prefer using heavier weights). I sometimes have issues with my back and knees (autoimmune disease) so your videos are good and protect my joints. I love working out with weights too....your strength videos with weights are my favs.

Lauren, I love that you remind us of good posture. Good positions all throughout the workout because I will relax very quickly but that's why I stay with you. There are hundreds of exercises for seniors on the internet. But I stay with you because you always emphasize proper form proper posture and as you get older you have to have that all you end up with injuries. I learned that the hard way. Thank you so much for all the variety. I can do a different video everyday and work my whole body. Keep up the good work. Thanks

So much to love about this work out! Love how long it was, please more of these weight training ones this long! I loved how challenging but not hard on my bad hips - it actually strengthened them a lot! Love that you told us that you were doing sets of 10 - I don't look at the screen all of the time, and often don't know how many I am supposed to be counting to. Thank you for all of your variety! My husband and I love your videos. One favour if possible - can you tell us when to breathe and out - you mentioned breathing out coming up - I was breathing in! So good to know! I try to watch your breathing but can't work it out :)
I'm thrilled you love it Yvette! Re: breathing, I'm usually thinking of 1000 things at once when I'm filming so I find it difficult to cue it all the time. And to be honest, I'm not the best breather ;) As a general rule, exhale on the exertion part of the exercise. The "up" on the bicep curl or squat. But it's totally fine to breath where is feels natural to you. We are not olympic weight lifters here ;)
