    I am 66 years old and use your videos for strength training 2-3 times per week. This is one of my favorite so far (and I’ve used many)! I enjoy them all but love that this one was for a much longer duration. Please give us more of these longer workouts! I’ve shared your channel with many of my friends and everyone is a fan!

    Did I want to do a 47 minute workout? Oh heck no! Did I trust it would worth every minute? Absolutely! Oh my word! What a wonderful workout! Lauren, I don't know how you do it, but it always seems like the time flies and I can do more than I think I can. Every area that I needed special attention got a great challenge! Yay! Will I sleep like a baby tonight? Heck yeah! Thank you so much, Lauren!!!

    I love that you do a warmup and a cool down! Great workouts! I am 65 and I do these with my 65 year old friend and 72 year old cousin 3-5 days a week!❤🎉

    First time here. I’m 82 and I liked the challenge this gave me. I was able to keep up so I’ll definitely come back for more. Really like that you covered upper and lower body in this workout. Thank you so much for taking the time to do this!

    I've just recently come upon your channel. I just turned 60 and in the last 3 years I've lost 30 pounds. I enjoy these challenging workouts without all the "hype" chatter and loud music. Just simply challenging but yet relaxing. Thank you!

      I agree. I'm 60 this year. I try to do these regularly 4/5 times a week and have lost weight too. Like you I love the attention to detail, no loud music or overhyped VoiceOver. Great for women around my age, functional and strengthening. It's my go to channel.

    I love this weight routine! I especially appreciate what a well-rounded workout this is. It leaves me feeling refreshed and invigorated.
    PS - I am 71 and do one of your routines 5 days a week. So nice to be able to do barre one day, dance the next, and then weights the following day. Love the variety!

I tried this workout with 3kg and 4kg weights and found it a challenge, but so interesting, with great backing music that helps to keep me going.     Lauren, your workouts are just perfect for me. Always challenging but doable. (I'm 67) Love your calm, clear tone. And HOORAY for saying in this video "pick your pleasure" rather than "pick your poison" (the more common and awful phrase on workout videos). Your workouts are indeed a pleasure. They help me feel good, every morning.

    I’m 63 years old and used to do Jillian Michaels and Debbie Siebers in my younger years. I stopped for almost a decade and now just starting over again. I found this workout for seniors and loved it. Thank you very much for making videos specifically for older people like us.

    LOVE the complete workout!! Warmup, muscle work and stretch all in one. It makes it so much easier for my weak will! Love the music, the variety and choice of movements, everything. I need variety, I get bored very easily which has made it difficult for me to stick with exercise programs. If you haven’t already, please make a bunch more of this kind. 😅

    47 and in better shape than my 20s despite health issues. Your channel has absolutely made a huge positive difference. Another great workout! I loved the challenges. Slightly modified the crunches. That sciatic nerve is picky. My strength has improved with the glute bridges. The hip and pelvic workout helps. Thanks again 😊 ❤ 💪

    I am 69 and have had some health issues last year so I am determined to eat more healthy and be far more active than I have been. I have been doing one of your workouts every day for over a month now and am seriously thriving now. I absolutely love the way you deliver each workout especially giving us options of the harder moves which I am embracing. I love the longer workouts as I feel like I have really worked hard.     Such a great way to warm up, ease into, then cool down for strength training and that did not feel like 47 mins of training. I just enjoy your flow in each practice.     I am 60 years old and have been an exerciser all my life. Senior Sculpt with Lauren is helping me feel stronger and toned. I love the variability of the exercises.     Hi Lauren, I didn't really want to join a seniors or beginners class, as im 53 and used to to pilates 4 times a week, but I developed bursitis in both my shoulders and both hips, so was unable to participate in any of my usual classes. I found you and it is just the right level for me, im hoping to build strength and then will be able to up the weights and improve, thank you so much for these classes!

    I know some folks my age (68) will avoid anything with the word ‘senior’ in the title, but I am so grateful I stumbled onto your channel!     I LOVE this workout! It may be my absolute favorite. It was doable, but challenging, and I really appreciate the ways to level up each exercise. 10 reps for each exercise, repeated twice, with the second round offering the level-up opportunities is a perfect format!! Slow and controlled, standing followed by mat, the 47 minute length… All perfect!

    This s another one of my fav workouts! It's so exciting to be able to tell I'm getting stronger and have more range of motion in my trouble areas. I love the snow angel stretch with bent arms as I am often bent over with the kinds of activities I usually do. I could thank you each and every day as you keep me inspired and returning for more!!!

Please give us a mixed 30 day challenge workout mixing yoga, Pilates, barre and a lot of floor core and weight work. You’re so beautiful and kind and we are huge fans of uou.     I’m going to be starting this workout (I have a few health issues ) in last weekend of June when I’m not rushed. I will make this my daily routine. I just saw pop of your video and I thought it was wonderful so I’ll start with this video for beginner senior. Thank you for providing this excellent video. I’ve gone for chiropractic care & spent thousands of $ over the years as well as massage therapists & physiotherapists to find relief of all the discomforts of sitting behind a computer for so many years. Thank you for this video.

    Loved it of course! Just turned 70 years young in December, and let's keep it moving! More of these! I came back from a rainy hour walk with dog to beat the storm coming, to just do a little bit of this in regards to instensity. Coffee and breakfast on my mind and it's just a yucky day....to then first 10 minutes upped the weight and got into my groove to fully having fun with this workout! Thank you, again

    I love this workout and all the Lauren workouts I have tried over the past couple of years. One note: A safer alternative to the "skull-crusher" move for triceps (it makes me nervous) is the overhead pull, so you just touch the floor just above your head instead of touching the weights to your forehead.

    I appreciate these workouts where we do lower and upper body separately. It helps to hone in on the proper weights to use, which are very different for the upper and lower body-at least for me. Thank you for all these varied and excellent workouts.

    This is now one of my favorite workouts for my all-strength training Tuesdays and Thursdays! I like that you have included floor work as well as standing strength. I also appreciate that, in total, I can get in more than 30 minutes of "strength training." (Even if it is just with my 2 lb. weights, but next time I shall be moving up to 3 or 4 lb. weights!)     Love your videos, Lauren. I mix it up between cardio and strength training and I love this video for a full workout. I'm 72 and can do all the moves including the intensified movements but I wouldn't have been able to start here. It's really great!

    For me, the most difficult thing was to decide on such a long training session. But it turned out as always: with Lauren, all training flies by in a flash. The exercises were not difficult for me, they were very enjoyable. Thank you so much, Lauren! You are the best in all of RUclips!

    Wonderful workout, happy I was able to do everything with my 68 yo body with RA and osteoporosis, I love all your videos, especially the weight and band videos.     I'm 65 and in fairly good shape, but have an auto immune disease that affects joints with inflammation. I am SO happy for your classes. The movements are done in a safe pace. In three weeks I have increased my weights to 5 lbs in some of the movements, and It's unbelievable I can already see the difference in my muscles. That you so much. I also love your voice!

    This is definitely a new favorite Lauren. I previewed it when it first came out but was scared of the longer length and thought it would be too hard but it was very doable as I only leveled up where I could. You are right it is a good one to come back to. It went very quickly.

    Once a week I zoom with my college friends to exercise. We're all 61 and have tried various workouts. We enjoy your workouts since they allow us to work at our own fitness level yet still workout together. This video was the perfect length.     Loved this workout...probably my favorite so far. I am 55 and in pretty good shape (prefer using heavier weights). I sometimes have issues with my back and knees (autoimmune disease) so your videos are good and protect my joints. I love working out with weights too....your strength videos with weights are my favs.

    Lauren, I love that you remind us of good posture. Good positions all throughout the workout because I will relax very quickly but that's why I stay with you. There are hundreds of exercises for seniors on the internet. But I stay with you because you always emphasize proper form proper posture and as you get older you have to have that all you end up with injuries. I learned that the hard way. Thank you so much for all the variety. I can do a different video everyday and work my whole body. Keep up the good work. Thanks

    So much to love about this work out! Love how long it was, please more of these weight training ones this long! I loved how challenging but not hard on my bad hips - it actually strengthened them a lot! Love that you told us that you were doing sets of 10 - I don't look at the screen all of the time, and often don't know how many I am supposed to be counting to. Thank you for all of your variety! My husband and I love your videos. One favour if possible - can you tell us when to breathe and out - you mentioned breathing out coming up - I was breathing in! So good to know! I try to watch your breathing but can't work it out :)

      I'm thrilled you love it Yvette! Re: breathing, I'm usually thinking of 1000 things at once when I'm filming so I find it difficult to cue it all the time. And to be honest, I'm not the best breather ;) As a general rule, exhale on the exertion part of the exercise. The "up" on the bicep curl or squat. But it's totally fine to breath where is feels natural to you. We are not olympic weight lifters here ;)

    Love this one, Lauren! Agreed, more longer duration classes. I was so surprised how much stronger my left shoulder was than my right….in the one move on the floor for rotator cuff…..Gives me something to shoot for: more balanced strength . Thank you❤!

    I was a little worried about a 47-minute exercise routine. I was afraid I would not be able to keep up or finish the entire set. I was pleasantly surprised that I did not wear out and that the pace was manageable. You prepared another excellent full body workout for us. Thank you!
