problem is more justicesystem in itself. you basically boxed someone into the situation lifelong prison or run and fight.
this is not what prisons should be for. prisontime yes, but making it a unbearable option will create violence like this.
prison system shoudl have a large focus on rehabilitation, education and prior inmates should not be forced to disclose their past for regular jobs so they have a chance to rebuild. was this guy a scumbag, yea, and at this point the end was probably the best for everyone.
point is it shouldnt go that far to begin with.
and yes it would cost more funding for first time prisoners, but less long term. you could reduce the relapse rate from high 80%s to low 20%s.
with less stakes (like automatic life in jail on the 3rd offense) chances for violence at traffic stops would be reduced alot.

The most effective way to fight judges is at the ballot box. State and local judges are elected officials and can be recalled by a community if enough votes are cast for it. Want to hold judges accountable? Start in your area. Organize your community. The hardest part is getting anyone’s attention to it. But beware. Corrupt judges have corrupt friends that owe them corrupt favors.

They shouldn’t allow judges to lower crimes charges and sentencing. We have this same issue in New Mexico but way worse and more frequent. We have people charged with murder and they get ROR with a ankle bracelet and once the criminals are home they cut it off and run. I believe if your charged with murder u should get no bail or at very least a 100K bail

This was done on purpose. People assume these purposeful assaults on the American civilization by Democrats and their pet criminals are somehow an error. They aren't.
When you realize Democrats are still angry about losing the Civil War and their slaves and have been seeking revenge against the United States and our people since the 1860's, everything they've done since makes perfect sense.
