No overheating concerns at all. temps have been great and I’m not running the inner-cooler either. I’m using Chris at RPM extreme to write the tunes and a Diablo sport that was included to load them on the Jeep
@@jaimemacias5122 Only thing was Sprintex did not provide a good tune so I got a custom one from RPM extreme, and after some tweaking back and forth its great! id say that was the only thing. Besides that everything is going great and I've driven it 3000 miles!
Doing good real good actually. I did get it tuned by RPM extreme after getting tuned by sprintex... there tune wasn’t the best but once rpm extreme sent me there’s after paying for it, the shifting is nearly perfect imo! Also to add I have 4:10 gearing
Just don't! Just wasted 12k turboing 09 jk. Went through the original, which was fine, it had 110k on it. Bought a "built" ATS, and went through that in 2k miles, and they didn't want to warrenty it. Fact is, the early jks have junk transmissions. Finally went with a 6.0ls from motec. Wish I had saved the 12k and just did the v8 originally.
@@zune911 do you know anything about the manual in the 3.8 JK’s? I have a manual 2 door on 37s and could definitely use a supercharger to help with torque, but don’t want to have to have transmissions going like nothing
@@gannongoalie the manual transmissions are much better! They can handle quite a bit more power. Not saying it won't ever break, but you are much better off. My overdrive gear went out both times in the tranny. It's just to much power and not enough line pressure to keep the clutches together.
Hi, yes i did mainly in the low end, from about 0-50 mph had the most change IMO. 0-60 is around 9-10 seconds, but I do have really wide 35 in tires and a lift. I have pushed it on the highway and run out of speedometer though lol. And most importantly the drive-ability is a whole lot better.
no doubt a 6.4 l V8 would sound deeper than a 3.8l v6. I think it sounds awesome and I’m just 18 in High-school so I can’t really afford a 25k engine swap lol
Thanks for watching let me know what type of videos you want with the supercharger:)
What did you do I want it
interested in making my Jeep into a beast, I’m stuck between v8 swap or upgrading stock 3.8. This video really helps out!
Glad it helped!! Good luck
Dig deep in those pockets to Swap…
Sounds great
Thank you! I Love the way it sounds too!
Any overheating concerns? What tuner are you using?

I have the same kit with the intercooler without the cold air intake, what brand of intake did you install?
RedRock 4x4 Cold Air Intake; Black Wrinkle but it took some persuasion to get it to fit
@@hayescrawford5567do u ever have a problem with getting water into the cold air intake?
@@andrewstokes2888 never had an issue
how has this held up?
Sounds great, Do you mind sharing the part number please thanks
thank you! I beleive this is the parts # SS - 210 - 101215 - 0002 could be wrong though

where i can get one!!??
sounds awesome. is this the intercooled version?
Thank you Jaime! It’s the non-innercooled version
@@hayescrawford5567 i'm looking into that version as well, any problems so far?

@@jaimemacias5122 of course!
How many miles on the engine before the supercharger? I have a 2007 JKU and am looking at these also

How long did it take to come in mail?
Well I bought mine off of facebook marketplace so I couldn't tell you sadly.
See a big mpg drop?
I get around 10 on a good day but I only drive around the city and not very economically haha

The Supercharger 3.8 is probably faster than the HEMI and gets better gas mileage too!
