Recently, Nintendo released a new copyright directive authorizing RUclips Creators to post Gameplay from the moment it is creative imput and work well. Which is the case on my videos since it's from my own experience and since these video will help people to find what I've been preparing about theory and stuff and can give these video link to actual proof of a theory video that I will make especially with Pokémon. B/W and B2/W2 were the peak of pokemon franchise.
If gen 6 didn't happen we wouldn't have gotten the incredible kalos portion of the anime or hoenn remakes so this is invalid
@bluehammer2021 You have a point but at the same time kalos and the hoenn temakes were not the peak of the franchise. As my guy said black and white and black and white and white 2 were the peak on terms of gameplay story and things to do. But I completely see where you're coming from I myself love the hoenn They're some of my favorite pokemon games.
But I guess it more so relys on opinion some might say platinum was the peak of the franchise others would say heartgold and soulsilver were it's all up to preference

Gren I think by peak, he means that there hasn't been a game better than black and white. It doesn't mean they're not good. It's just that it's the best game so far Pokemon X and Y was bare bones and robbed of all the content by Sun and moon then they decided to make ultra sun and ultra moon which is the Definition of a cheap cash grab. sword and shield Look like 3-D S games, and they use the same animations even though. They promised better animations for the cut of the national deck. Which they didn't go through with so lying to your fans. That's a good way to make a good pokemon game. And now Scarlet and Violet. I'm pretty sure you can't even rebattle the elite 4, and they're selling the post game back as DLC's. I'd say that black and white/black and white 2 were the last complete pokemon games.
They weren't rushed. They had loads of content and Hundreds of hours of gameplay, not to mention that they were sequels, which they only decided to make because black-and-white was not in need of a 3rd version. They were fine just the way they were On The topic of sequels may be sun and moon could have gotten one, but no game freak needed a quick buck from their 3ds fan So they released the same game again for $40 No i'm not blaming game freak on this one I am completely cool of game freak because I know they want to put effort into their games. The people I'm blaming. Are the president of the pokemon company and such who are rushing out games because They need more money. they need to give their developers time or else. They can't make a good game, and they end up incomplete like X and Y sword and shield or even scarlet and Violet. Right now I'm playing through pokemon mystery dungeon explorers of time and there is a game with so much love and care put into That game. Take pokemon Coliseum for chance that game is what 17 years old now and. It's animations outdo the switch just thinking about that is depressing and it was on the gamecube which was only a 1/2 as powerful as the wii but it has better animations than the switch pokemon titles that is Disgusting considering the fact that pokemon is the biggest media franchise on the planet. I hope you can respect my opinion. I respect your opinion but this is just how I feel About game freaks current situation

By this time, the DSi had been out for 2-3 years and the 3DS was brand new. This was basically the last major title for the original DS and the DS Lite, so what better way to send them off than to take the hardware to the max it could possibly do?
Yeah this is literally the times when GameFreak literally pushed thier games to the limits... it's kinda sad that GameFreak today isn't as good as before probably they're low on employees... or something. I still want them to get better. Overtime i hope so.

They really made the best of one of the last Nintendo DS titles. I doubt anyone here has actually completed this game 100% not including Pokedex

This was my first Pokémon game and I still love it. I was young and for some reason I thought Absol was a legendary so I caught it with the master ball...

These were the last games i had played before my 3ds broke and i "grew up" out of my nintendo phase. Well, Here i am now as an adult owning 3 different 3ds consoles and a switch, having finally played all the gens i missed out on during those years.

@Ollie Haze I love Gen 3 and Gen 5. Gen 3 gives me so much nostalgia, the music is great, love the pokémon. Gen 5 also has amazing music and the best storyline and I just love Pokéstar studios, Join Avenue, and Musical. Gen 5 is so unique compared to the other gens and that’s why I love it.
For some reason, about every Pokémon game is nostalgic, even if I’ve never played it/wasn’t alive when it came out. Excluding gen 6 because I can’t stand 30 seconds with that intro playing
The music at the title screen was so good it SCARED me when I was younger. I’d skip the title screen as fast as I can to not hear the roaring music. One day, I listened to the whole thing and now it’s my favorite music from this game.

Black Kyurem scared the living crap out of me. I was 8 okay, that was pretty horrifying for a small kid. I was like "OMG that scared me! What happened to Zekrom?!".

Black 2 was my first game but white 2 is my favourite game.
This is the most anime-esque opening I have ever seen of Pokemon! Like, wow! The whole opening is a masterpiece of console art!
That Kyurem shot really hooks you up on the screen. Amazing!
And those starters AND legendaries spotlights. Really looks like it comes directly out of a manga panel or a cinematic/anime cutscene. Just wow!
The 3D models of the legendary dragons is great.
I love how the opening scene really let's you get hook to what's to come for the rest of the opening.
In fact, all of these scenes are a great example of cinematic craftsmanship in action! And its canvas are gaming consoles, which really gives it style!

Gen 9 took that title, but Gen 5 is the Gen that started to really focus on story. I hope a remake we get an improved story of BW1&2. Also would like to actually battle the Seven Sages and meet plasma grunts on there base/liar 😫👌
@@a.x.x8184 I hate to say it but I disagree Gen. 9 story was a train wreck. Not in the fact that it wouldn't work but the fact that they could not
Hint at something without completely spoiling it. It was blatantly obvious they were an ai. If the devs had more time, they could have written a much better story that could have followed a similar plot line but much more thought out and better implemented
Sidenote: I love the fact that the entire story is about AI and glitches when the game is so darn broken it's so ironic!
I myself did not buy the game because I hate the current state that the pokemon company is in where they rush their development team and don't put any thought or effort into their games anymore mainly because the devs dont have time since they're being rushed so much they only care about is the money and nothing of the player base.
I hope you can understand my point of view.

@@a.x.x8184 lol, Gen 9 has not the best story at all. I know it seems incredible compared to other pokémon or the whole game but it's not that great, BW destroy SV in the story.
The only good part on story for SV is Arven and the end, (team star has so many plotholes that's unbelievable).

Man GameFreak was at it's peak during the DS Era, literally pushing the hardware to it's limit and creating the 2 best generations in the franchise.

2 years later gen 9 came out and is by far the hardest, has a decent story and enjoyable designs and characters and lore. Gen 9 is def my 3rd fave now 😂❤

As someone who started as a boomer in Pokémon Gen2 everything about Gen5 I love it.
i surely hope i'm not the only one that shares this opinion, because for me these two intros, combined, may as well be the most epic and grandioso gamefreak has ever been in all of the pokemon titles. i think it's fitting, seeing as it also marked the ending of the DS and this type of pokemon entries.

I might get hate for this, but I like White Kyurem better, it just looks more regal. Plus the arm and head floofs look pretty darn majestic. I also like that they kept the reshiram claws and fused them with kyurem’s tiny T-Rex arms. Plus, it looks pretty ICE powered up, I like the ice mandibles on it better than Black Kyurem’s, since White’s are joined at the chin, making it more…aesthetically pleasing to me. Overall I think the design is pretty FIRE. Don’t get me wrong, I love Black Kyurem too, and blue’s my favorite color, but the fact that I like Reshiram better, combined with the stuff I mentioned is enough to beat Black Kyurem’s gorilla arms. Fight me.

Black kyurem is more beast-like with muscle all over. Massive biceps and forearms, and the arms are badshit long
White kyurem is more ethereal and astute and cooler looking

@@a.x.x8184 I didn’t play the story line, my dad beat the game and he just let me use the DS and I usually just traveled around the map and battled pokemon one in the wild ,obviously a three year old wouldn’t understand what the plot of the story is or how to even beat the game.

The intro music to this game is impressive, especially with the DS sound chip. It sounds very orchestral, which is something you don't expect from a DS sound chip. That is part of why Pokemon Black 2 and White 2 are my favorite games in the series.

The first game I owned and my favorite main line game, only rivaled by Black and White
I just got around to playing this two years ago, and I gotta say, enjoyed it much more than DP or BDSP.
Plus, for nostalgia sakes, my first Pokémon game was BW1 so I was biased.
The first real Pokémon game I beat on my own was Pokémon White- so the fifth generation holds a special place in my heart.

This isn't an emulator. This was recorded using a capture card.
Quick tip: If you set the custom speed to (1.15, at 1:01) , the theme would almost sound like the one from BW1.
PS: For its casual Pokemon intro (at 0:48) , the custom speed would be at (0.8).
