One of the things I like about this review (and others I have seen from Sophie) is that it seems more applicable to my kind of golf.
So many other reviews seem to consist of phrases such as "... 190 yard carry, but then that's what I expect from my 7 iron". I'm not sure what I can learn from a review from someone who is hitting the ball that much further than I do.
Add to that a genuinely in depth review and it is really helpful.

True!! Most reviewers are 30 yards further with their 7 iron than me

This is much helpful than most other reviews which are conducted by "impractically" strong players. I need t400 and a lot of money.

I instantly fell in love with how the T-100s looked/felt/sounded, so I picked them up as my first set of clubs as a new player about a year ago - that was a BAD idea.
My handicap almost instantly dropped by 8 (from 26 to 18) after switching to the game-improvement category of irons earlier this year.
The moral of the story - be honest with your skill level when considering what to buy.

Great review Soph, thanks. Am going for a Titleist fitting tomorrow and at the moment think the T200 irons are the ones I like the look of most and are probably best suited to my 12 handicap. Keep up the good work.

T400 is the only one I would be able to get any distance and control with. A fitter would be wasting his time. Glad to see Titleist makes a set of irons for me.

Sophie. That was a great review. I’m looking at the T400 v the Callaway Mavrik. I’m going to check back to your earlier Mavrik review. I’ve had a Callaway fitting at my club and must say they were great and as much cheaper than the T400 probably the favourite. Titleist fitting next month. Andy.

I don't care about what loft is on the club, but just want to get as close to the pin as possible. Looks like the T400 is something for me to consider and maybe you should do the same Sophie, haha.

It seems she is trying her best to not like the t400 but it seems to be easy for het to hit.. We been brainwash about the look and size of the club, so we run from it, or feel ashamed to play it - I hit t400 today and dammmmmmmm lol.. I know to rock those things

    • @13jkeefer13
      @13jkeefer13 3 года назад

I agree. We have been conditioned to like a certain look and want to play a certain style of club. But, I care less about that the older I get and just want to shoot low scores. If having extra forgiveness helps that, then that's what I want to play

@@13jkeefer13 When I was younger TV and FREINDS told me, I needed to Marry a cute girl (SMALL) SEXY. I jump on it, but things must be prefect for the Marriage to last, I must really work at it, and pay close attention to make it work.
Years later I realize the bigger girl that is cute but maybe not the sexiest or the smallest was the better choice. She will go out her way to make life the easiest for you and make you happy, but we resist her because of her looks and what TV AND FREINDS have told us. Where ashamed to be seen with her, but she makes life easier, fun, and better which allows us to live a better life.

I’m a 7 index golfer 68 years old had a custom fitting for the T400 upgraded withTensi R shafts I have an 80 mph club head speed. The clubs when hit on Indoor mats produced longer numbers on the Trackman but when played on the course I couldn’t reproduce the same numbers or feel. The clubs feel very hollow The club lofts are as much as 2 clubs strong a 7 iron is equal to a normal 5 iron loft and the wedges have no feel Couldn’t give these clubs any recommendation

    • @bnzstheboy6520

Fitting is a Joke, i was fitted for T200 and was hitting the club 180 190 (7 iron) when getting fitted with great feel.. Got out on the course and could even get to 160 with the 7 iron.. I sold them 3 weeks later... I like the T400 great club and very powerful

I love her videos .She will kick your ass as a woman but her game is realistic in terms of distance for most men . It took her three tries with a players club .. but she did it the first time with the big chunky game improvement club . Unless you are on tour trying to feed your family .. play the big chunky game improvement irons.. ..and take one more club and swing easy .. this is not rocket science

Well you should hit them with similar lofts it’s not apples to apples when the 400 is so much stronger
