I don’t know if you realize it, but with all the different grills/smokers on the market now you are seriously educating multiple generations of people on how to do it right. Lol. This is a great recipe. I just made your Texas style brisket and pineapple upside down cake for dessert and my family loved it. I find myself quoting you as I cook. Statements you've made like "You can't rush perfection." and my wife starts laughing and says "Is that from Malcolm?". I, of course, say "yes."
Made this a couple of times with slight modifications (we don’t like onion or mushrooms) and it is the best breakfast! Did a “low carb” version with just sausage, egg, cheese, and sour cream and it amazing!
For basic hot sauce I've been a Crystal guy for years but recently picked up a bottle of Malcom's pepper and garlic hot sauce at the local BBQ and it won the taste test here.
I love the Bloody Mary addition. Looks like you had a dill pickel, green pepper and cellery in the mix. Eggs look wonderful. This is a show stopper. Good job Malcom!
Nice! Mom made a variation of that for years, but in the oven. I like the crescent roll dough base layer versus bread, and that smoker has to add some great rustic flavor. I'll have to whip one up on my BGE.
I prepped this last night and woke up early this morning and cooked it on my pellet smoker before I went to the fire station! It didn’t disappoint! My FF’s didn’t leave any leftovers!

Pillsbury has a honey butter flavored roll of dough and it is fantastic. I use that one for this sort of bfast casserole
