This video was filmed on December 6th, 2018. I am super back loaded with videos so some of this course vlogs are pretty old, but still very dope. We played one of my favorite courses in Dallas the Lakes at Castle Hills on a extremely cold day. George felt very confident with his game and thus thought he could beat me with only 4 clubs. Let the games begin!

Your description on hole #2 is how it is on most holes rather be down the middle than left or right!! Lol!! Still cool you were able to play in December!! I was stationed on Texas in the mid 90's played some golf when I had the time!! But only on the courses in the area of Ft. Hood!! I agree the course looks nice for that time of the year!! Dope course vlog #345 and counting, loved how this was from the past. It's crazy to see how much you've improved your game and brand since, keep killin it. PAR 3S!!! I played Twin Creeks in Allen yesterday: 16h, 215y w/ helping right to left wind. Coasted a 5i draw long leaving 40+ and blew the 4' for birdie, bummer... I'll be playing with 5 clubs next round because of this video, just like my Dad also taught me :) 🔥🔥🔥

I played 9 holes with just a 7 iron yesterday. I love it ! Good for your bump and runs. Good for your putting. Good for feel and craftsmanship. Toughest shots are like 70 yards to a steeply elevated green or anytime a flop shot is called for. So you have to learn to aim for places with easier chips, which is a smart way to play.

I used to live on this course. I’d always sneak on to the hole by my house and practice my swings! Good times! I’ve since moved states but definitely cool to see! Great video!

Im a huge fan of playing with only a few clubs for the same reasons George mentioned. Practicing a wide array of shots with the same club will transfer to your whole bag and give you more options everywhere on the course.

When I started out this was the first advice I found helpful. Limit your decisions on the course,get good with 5 or 6 clubs,Do not bring a driver...Made sense to me, why try hitting a 3 iron if you cant even hit a 5 iron ? Tee off with a 5 wood or 3 wood. approaches ,use a 6,or 7 etc. So 3 wood 5 wood 6,7,8,9,w....putter. I got so good from 150 in! Then I realized man, from 100 in I am really good. So by the time I got some lessons,and learned to hit my driver, I was way ahead of some of the other golfers who began around the same time I did. The other thing that helped me was hitting my approach to the center always,and using 1 more club than I thought I needed. Good video bro.
well if you can hit a 3 iron then you can get more options out on the course, im just saying if you can hit all clubs then you can learn how to do a stinger when it much wind or a high drive over woods to reach the green or think you can't do those things and stick to your plan. it's your choice

Oh yes! The select club game. A must for the true die hard golfers. 9 iron every shot for 3 holes. And then play from green to green backyards. Fyi. This game can only be played if u sneak onto the course and it's closed just after the clobhouse closes. Really helps u realize u don't have to try and kill the ball.
