Such a valuable video for every player. Cameron is a great teacher filled not just with knowledge but also with great communication skills. How often do you work with him on your game? Also, have you given up on playing competitively?
These are really good videos. I also have learned a lot from Rick Shiels channel. The thing I did recently is changed the way I grip the club. I went to the range yesterday to practice with the new grip and the first shot and almost every other one was straighter and longer. The think that will help me the most with this particular video is controlling the spin from the fairway on approach shots and on chips. The bunker shots demonstrated here will be helpful as well.
Hey Brodie, These videos with Cameron are the best! First time I have seen someone explain how to create more spin with wedges so simply. How often do you practice bunker shots or are you just practicing as you film normally?
Brilliant video and some great tips, iv had to learn and develop my swing as I broke my spine few yrs ago and I cant play as I used to. Great video Brodie hope you Kelsey and family have a great xmas and all the best for 2020
I am not a pro but I have some great tips on how to become world #1 in the shortest time possible! 1. Grab a scorecard 2. Grab the club that has been revolutionizing the golf market, it is often known as a pencil 3. Write down super low scores! Before you know it, you will break the course record and go even further to break the course record at Augusta National! #58atAugustaispossible
I used to hit my approach shots way too high and with tons of spin. I went and got a club fitting and found out that I was presenting a 9 irons loft with my 7 iron. Practiced it for a few months and got it down to normal. I was having 9,000 rpm spin with a 7 iron and now I've got it down to between 6,000 and 7,000 which is perfect. Added tons of distance to my shots, which was never really an issue for me, but more importantly, it helped me control the ball in the wind, which I play in a lot of.
The first tip is something I ended up doing naturally and really helped my game. I used to have a zillion swing thoughts when standing over the ball and then I just made it one swing thought which for me was my main weakness (hip rotation). As long as I focussed on my hip rotation, the other stuff came naturally
The Altus Performance IG link at the top of the description is missing an "r", fyi. Thanks for the great videos, Brodie. Happy holidays to you and Kelsey!
This is awesome. Solid advice, going to play a round this week definitely put some of this into my round and hopefully play decent. 19.6 handicap sheeez. Lmao
And I am 100% enjoying your husband and wife videos. Its encouraging to see two people in love having so much fun together. Makes me want to do so much more with my wife! Keep it up.
Brodie, you need to come play a weekend at Hermitage Golf Course it’s got two courses both amazing, and it has sheep that roam the course. Look it up. And would like to play a round with y’all!!!
I don’t like pre shot routines as I always felt they were better swings. So I just work in from behind the ball and swing. Works great on my driver but sometimes not so good on the fairway
This video kinda reminds me of the time in the office when Kelly called her old professor she slept with and had him give the 10 secrets of business to the seminar 😂
Perhaps. Sometimes one can get in their own way. His early success may be putting some pressure on him that's causing some challenges. I think he'll bounce back soon though. The guy is a competitor.
Your content is great. Playing and learning real golf rather than trying to make a hole in one with a frying pan.
Roasted
I do really like the pans but this made me crack up
Love these. As a bit of trivia i used to work with Cam's mother!
And he quit shortly after this lol. Starting to think Brodie's commitment to golf might have also been an issue.
Cameron's tips will definitely help lower my score. Thanks for the great content as usual Brodie!!
Look forward to low scores in 2020

Love it, have never seen how to control spin explained like that looking forward to trying it at the chipping green!
He explained it well Alan, controlling spin is a real key to dialing in those chips. Cheers
this is one of the best videos on your channel that will help everyone! Need to do more of these!
More Cameron Please
Those tips on spin really were enlightening. Can't wait too try it out on the course!
It's so hard watching these when it's the dead of winter here in Minnesota... Just wish I could get out there and try these tips out!

He knows his stuff Adam, lots of improvement headed your way by following Cameron, Cheers.
Cameron is one of the best I've ever seen at describing what to do, how to do it, and exactly how it affects the shot.
Great tips can't wait to take these to the course myself keep up the amazing work Brodie

These are amazing. I wonder what advice would be available for someone like me who has a frozen wrist/elbow rotation

How can one select which club to use out of a fairway bunker? I tend to hit the lip often
Thank you guys so much this was awesome! Can’t wait to try those tips out on the course! Still can’t believe Brodie made the bunker shot 😂
The Altus Performance IG link at the top of the description is missing an "r", fyi. Thanks for the great videos, Brodie. Happy holidays to you and Kelsey!

Hi Brodie remember me we had a tiny chat about frisbee in september
GET ER GOIN
Did you hear about steven's bad car accident? If you haven't already give him a call!

Yea absolutely

Where is that at?
Brodie Smith Golf it’s in Hermitage, Tennessee. It’s right outside of Nashville!
How long is a typical lesson with Cameron?
I need a lesson with Cameron. I'm in Frisco; any chance that he accepts new students?
Out of a plugged bunker You can also lower the handle which makes the heel dig in
I don’t like pre shot routines as I always felt they were better swings. So I just work in from behind the ball and swing. Works great on my driver but sometimes not so good on the fairway
Plugged lie's reference in the caption I think is incorrect
What is the secret to do a perfect drive shot (sorry of mi english I’m spanish)
Lots of practice
Geter Gowen is get her going

Hahah so awesome!
Hi
What clubs are you gaming now? Apex PROS?
$400 an hour??
1
Why does Cameron remind me of Ross O'Donovan
Candyce Rynee Now I cannot unsee that thanks
Did you ask McCormick what happened to Jordan Spieth? Going from number 1 in the world to 43rd isn’t a good indicator at all.
Golf is hard and Spieth is still better than about 7 billion people... 🤷🏻♂️
Nick Johnson yeah but going from number 1 in the world to 43rd is unprecedented especially when he’s only 26 years old. Must mean something right?
Perhaps. Sometimes one can get in their own way. His early success may be putting some pressure on him that's causing some challenges. I think he'll bounce back soon though. The guy is a competitor.
Another quitter
