Depends, if we are including equipment it has changed ALOT through the years. Where I live we also get a new handicap system next year, and we just recently had lots of rule changes as well. But yea, I guess golf is considered a pretty conservative sport in general though.

I was referring more to the actual game, traditions and many bad social limitations. Where are you located? Did you know that basically, everyone's handicap is going to drop?
