I don’t know if u do this but after every weld you should cool down the spot where you last welded, so it won’t bend the metal. You can cool it with compressed air or just a wet towel.
It depends on how much u weld too, for how long and how much “power” you got on the welder. So if you only spot weld you probably won’t have that much problem with it. (I’m from Sweden so I don’t know all the terms in English.)
You have a very feminine voice... But I have heard that a lot from east coast american accents... which I am guessing you are? I wouldn't know as I am British.

The quick changes in temperature warp the metal more if you cool it with compressed air.
I've done that in the past, but I definitely didn't this time around. Thanks for the reminder!

Just a FYI using a zip disc to clean up metal isn't good practice. The disc can explode and can cause harm and damage
