This channel is part of the kidney disease awareness project I have worked on for years. It started with long conversations with kidney patients in the office and hospital. During these conversations, I was perplexed to see patients’ lack of knowledge about their kidney disease.
To fill this gap, I developed a blog for kidney disease patients, “Kidneyblogs.com,” where patients could find the correct information-and access a nephrologist for kidney-related questions. But then, I realized that not all Urdu- and Hindi-speaking patients could read English, and many preferred listening. This revelation led to the formation of the RUclips channel you will explore.

الله آپکے علم،عمر اور مال میں برکت فرمائے۔۔۔میرے urine میں Protein + ھے ڈاکٹر نے فرمایا فکر نہ کریں اسے سیریس نہ لیں ۔۔جبکہ oligurea .Severe burning micturition ھے bachaches بھی۔۔۔urine تقریبا ایک ماہ سے کم آ رہا۔body swollen ھے۔۔۔means water retention بھی ھے۔۔۔۔مگر ڈاکٹر نے کہا UTi کے لیAntibioticy اور pain killers لے لیں ۔۔۔پروٹین کی فکر نہ کریں 😥 ۔۔۔بہت سے ڈاکٹرز بس مریض کو دوائی لکھ کر بھگانے کی کرتے ھیں ۔الله کے سامنے جوابدہ ھونا ھے۔اسکی فکر نہیں کرتے۔۔۔

Ji sir agar ap is protein ki fikr nahi karain gay tu ap ki sub fikrain hatm ho jayn gee kion kay yeh proteinuria agar kisi kidney disease ki waja say hoa tu wo kidney disease ap ko bht jald liy chalay ge. Tu us doctor ko dafa karain or kisi achay nephrologist ko check karwayn.

Thanks for the valued information.Dr.I am a CKD PATIENT stage5. My age is 75years, I do have proteinuria, unfortunately,my Nephrologist is not in favor of ARBs or ACE inhibitors, which may lead to hyperkalamia.

I am not sure at what stage were you diagnosed with CKD and did he give you ACE when he could. I agree with him right now that in stage 5 it is very hard to manage ACE/ARBs and our doctor's dont have that kind of time for our patients.

DR In the month of june he had heat boil at his gluteal region after that high very high fever that heat boil became worsen 1that weak he had so many pain killers,antibiotics from general dr and even by himself also,after 1 week finally did all blood test creatinine got6.5 dr ask to hospitalised and very next day it went on 11.37...dr ask all heart,lever,TB, ultrasound scan,chest xray everything was normal...they ask us to do single dialysis but we denied,and taking treatment from nearby nephrologist now his creatinine is 5...Now what further tests should I do for him dr Saab???plz guide we are having twins babies ,my husband age is only 38.
After ALLAH Rasool my husband is only der for us...now from last 1 month he is going for work also no symptoms nothing is der much better than b4, dr ge is having hypertension from last 1 year forgot to tell you...last year when he diagnosed with high bp tht time his creatinine raised 2 but after 1 month it came normal, again after 3 month we checked it was normal only,again normal...but from june all this happened, now plz help me dr

I have occassional proteinuria and consistent hematuria from.lasr 6 yrs. This is a result of iga vascultitis . I consult mt neohrologist twice a year. I also get it checked every 3 months. I m taking losartan and its working fine except i have paroxysmal episodes of hypertension..i have noticed these episodes coincide mostly when i have stomach or throat inflammtion.
