I love the tempo of these 1500 and 2000 fast steps. I did the Abba workout, short break, then the 2000 fast step. My goal right now is 6000 steps with your exercises daily. would love to get up to 10000, but at 75,, don't want to overextend too fast. Thank you as always.
I think your goal is fantastic...one thing to remember is even though you might not be getting up to 10,000 steps, these workouts incorporate so much more than just walking. You're using muscles throughout your body and strengthening the body from head to toe. Increasing the steps over time is a smart move:)
hi Jules! I'm 10 days out of shoulder replacement and I made it through this workout today, with lots of modifications and in slow motion. It feels good to be moving, even in a sling...
Welcome to my channel, Jeanette! Just so you know, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate). Since you enjoyed this one, you'll likely enjoy more of the intermediate level workouts. You can find all of the workouts categorized in the playlists (I create talking and no talking, as well as strength & balance and all-in-ones which include cardio, balance, strength & stretching). I hope you enjoy more of the workouts as you try them out. Thanks so much for taking the time to comment.❤️
Phase 2 Day 21! : ) I love this 'Stackable' workout Jules. I did this first and then danced until I reached 11,000 steps. Together we're winning! Thank you! A 🎈
It's been a hot and humid summer here in Ottawa, Canada, too. But, I love the 30 degree heat:) I know 30 degrees in the UK is unusual, though. I hope you're enjoying it!
I love the heat too so this is very welcome but yes, quite unusual these days. I had guessed you were Ottawa based because I am not bad at accents. Great videos are helping me get fit so thank you
We did this one to end the day. Wow!!! What a great workout! That cross country skiing almost got us, but we did it. Rex said we live in the Deep South, and hardly ever have more than a couple of inches of snow, so we’re definitely not used to skiing….lol You do a great job of packing a lot of energy into a workout!
Gosh, I wish I would only see a couple inches of snow in the winter! I'd be happy with a month of winter and then it could leave again...that would be ideal. But, that's not happening here so I will just have to continue to ski and make the most of it:)
I started doing this one in the Evening before I go to bed, I have restless legs everynight and I find that a good walking workout really helps..thank you for being you
I have reached my 10,000 thanks to your videos. I have broke them down, into segments, 5, 3, 2. I will stick with this routine now, appreciate this. You have a new subscriber. 😊
I'm so glad to read that you're enjoying the variety of workouts and stacking them to reach your goals. Thanks so much for subscribing, and for taking the time to comment, too.
Love the stackables. It just something about jumping from video to video that doesn't make it so tough even though I'm sweating. Thanks for keeping us healthy.
I agree...sometimes a long workout seems too daunting but then when we stack them we end up doing the same amount as the longer daunting workout anyway!
Oh yay! Thanks so much for taking the time to comment, Judy. I always enjoy hearing from new viewers. Welcome to my channel and I am thrilled to read you are enjoying the workouts. Thank YOU! 💗
Stacked this after the #2 Metabolism video. I didn't feel quite done after strength training. I'll be sore tomorrow but its a good sore! Thank you for providing these videos. I tout them to all my friends.
Thank you, thank you, thank YOU for telling your friends about the workouts. I appreciate that. And yes, that sore feeling from strength training is a wonderful thing (somewhat annoying but also so satisfying!!!).
Nice add on today. Added it to one of the 20 min HIIT workouts. Calling it a day for Sunday now. Back to following schedule tomorrow. Hope you have had a great weekend. IT's glorious here in Calgary.
Aw, lovely Calgary. I lived in Banff for 9 months back in my backpacking days. I absolutely love Alberta and the beauty of the mountains. It's nice here in Ottawa today, too (sunny and 23).
I picked a short one because I need to get back to strength training, so will be doing the 10 minute one later today. Whew! Those cross country ski moves were hard to finish but I did! Thanks Jules, for having so many to choose from so that I can tailor them to what I need. I love that!
@@ImprovedHealth It is 18 minutes which is reasonable time for me. The workout starts with warming up then cardio in the middle and ends with stretching so I don’t need to do anything more.
With all your workout exercises I'm glad because I did it. Simple hard but beautiful result to my body and of course am inspired with wonderful movement to see you making a successful exercise with at the same time a timing beautiful music. I'm happy because I found your video with a lot of workout exercises. Thank you mam Jules keep it up! I love it very very much..Make me feel good.
Monday morning in LA. Lots to do. But wait, let's see if Jules has something new cooked up. Yeah, 20 minutes, 2000 steps. I can squeeze that in. New moves (now I am ready for cross country skiing) and great music. Thanks Jules. Back to my chores but I will do this one again later. I really like it.⛷🏃♀️💃🧘♀️
Lol, yes all that cross country skiing in LA! Well, I have to say I am not a fan of winter but I have learned to embrace it with living in Canada. Either embrace it or despise winter so I have chosen to do activities that make winter fun:) If you ever come to Canada in winter, you'll now have some basic moves down pat:)
Oh my gosh, I am so jealous. I am sitting in my car waiting for my windows to defrost so I can go home from work! -20 Celsius or so here today. I am glad you are able to enjoy the warm weather and sunshine (and my workouts)!
Great workout…. I am getting back on track after gaining back 20# I lost….🙄 I did a body weight training session before doing this… Built up a good sweat…
Hullo Jules, nice new move plus some new music.....Thank you for an enjoyable cardio, shall follow it up by a short s/t workout put up by you earlier...:)
This was short but brisk, perfect for the days I do strength training! The cross country ski moves were tough to do but fun. Overall, an excellent workout as usual for you Jules. You're the best.
It really depends on the person and their feet. These workouts are low impact and working out barefoot should be fine for anyone without any foot issues.
Great workout! I like to do the shorter workouts in the morning, before work. Where are your workout leggings from! The details on the bottom of the legs are so cute!
Loved this on it's own. I was more active during the video and I could feel very mildly out of breath .
Sounds like a good pace for you to get in a beneficial workout:)
Another great work out 🤩🤗💪 thank you
Thanks Moe!

Every little bit helps me start my day. Wasn't going to work out but this motivated me to get some movement in before doing my chores.
Congrats for choosing to exercise today!
Did 8000 steps but something was missing. This was perfect to add 2000 steps. Now I'm satisfied.
Congrats on the 10,000 steps!
You are brilliant!
...and you are very kind.💖
@@ImprovedHealth I posted your info on my get healthy group. I’ve lost 30# since Feb and your site have helped

Welcome back to exercise! I am glad to read that you went slow. Kudos to you for getting back into the game:)
Woo Hoo!
😊
Thankyou ,with this I can't say I haven't got time today .
I'm so glad that you could fit it in.❤️
Good one. And followed this up with the 50’s, 60’s one. Haven’t stopped smiling despite doing it the second time. One of my favorites! Thanks
Thanks so much for your comment:) I am super happy it made you smile.

Thanks Chris:) Love the name, Lexi, btw.
The snow/ski reference made me laugh. 30 degrees here in the North of the UK today!

Just what I needed on this snowed in blizzard day in TO.....now to clean the deck. Thank you for this Jules, enjoy your day wherever you are.
I walked out of work today to about 40 cm of snow on my car here in Ottawa. If it's going to be cold, we might as well have the snow:)
I do your 2.5 mile 2 mile 1 mile 1.5 mile 10000 steps bee Gee ABBA dance. I do this every week. I also love 50&60 music. You are amazing. 😀😀😀😀

I'm glad you enjoyed it, Louisa:)
