I looked at a bunch of 1000 step workouts and this is the best. Low impact no jumping, running or knee lifts just good music no excessive talking and easy to do. Brava! Subscribed.

Added this on to the 2 strength ones I did from March calendar...... That was great tunes Jules in this one. The 2 strength ones I did were from last week of the course. Ouch planks and press ups. I still shake doing plank lol. That's me done for today. Have a good one.... Over here in Scotland it's milder weather today.. Bonus xxx

Hello Jules: just discovered this short video and it's great! I try to exercise in short segments throughout the day and then do a longer one on my lunch break. This is perfect as it's only 8 minutes. I really feel much better being active throughout the day, even though I have "desk job" I can still stay fit!

Another Go To! Blew up my old FitBit and just got a new one . Testing it out by surpassing my daily step count -- keeping myself honest for the day that I was without my device and may not have reached my goal. This workout was a super way to add on 1K.

It's so true about short workouts motivating you to do more. I always encourage people to do at least 5 minutes since usually that 5 minutes provides the energy you need to realize you want to do more.

I also have a Facebook page, 'Improved Health'. Originally my plan was to cater only to seniors but I have realized over time the workouts are suitable for all adults, regardless of age so I dropped the 'for seniors' on YT. I hope that helps.
I was at a market in Halifax a few years ago and bought one pair. I ended up contacting the seamstress a year later and asked her to make more for me. I just tried to find her on insta and online but couldn't find her:(
I had a grand plan for putting out a bunch of videos next week but I just woke up from a 90 minute late morning nap (after 8 hours of sleep!) and am now on the couch (with my kids showing me their Christmas lists!). So not me to be on the couch! Hopefully whatever I have will pass soon! I have a fun one with popular oldies ready to go up so you’ll at least get that one soon:)
Ive been doing this stuff a while ,im enjoying it lots , i was a body builder in a previous life ,and became so bored of al, the same old routines ,its invigorating worki g out like this and lets face it not much equipment needed ,just a bit of grunt .... And of course watching a young attractive women ,isnt to bad either. .
Lol, thanks Simon. Bodybuilding definitely takes its toll on the body after a while. Thanks for letting me know that you're enjoying the workouts. My strength training workouts will feel far too easy for you with your bodybuilding background but hopefully the cardio workouts will help.
nice move sequences but I hate this music. sorry .. Of all the gorgeous music in the world these tracks are not inspiring. I will try the moves with my own playlist
I’d love to use copyrighted music all of the time but as a YT creator, it isn’t that simple. Anytime copyrighted music is used, the music companies take any income made from the videos. I’m okay with that occasionally but I can’t do it all the time. We also risk having the videos removed from YT due to copyright issues. I pay a monthly subscription to use music online. If you enjoy the workouts, you could always mute my music and put on your own:) I hope that helps you to understand the music choices.

This looks good but the noise is awful. I've had to turn the sound off.
I use a variety of music in my videos…choosing music that is allowed is my biggest challenge of creating these videos.
