    I'm so glad I found you! I am a physiotherapist and I discovered Pilates in 2006! We often used his methods in our rehab, so I was so excited to find a method that was so therapeutic for everyone! I have used the principles to help myself when recovering from surgeries, as well. I really enjoy how you meld strength training with Pilates. You are now in my permanent rotation!

    Thank you so much for everything Rachel.. I’ve only been following your workouts for a few months but I already feel a difference in my health and strength. It’s also immensely helped with my anxiety. I’m a teacher and I guess burnt out, I’ve suffered from panic attacks for the past few months, when I feel one coming on I put on one of your videos. Thank you so much for your help and inspiration, I wanna give you a hug for all you’ve done for me haha ❤

    I’ve done about 10 of your work outs in the last 2-3 weeks and I love how today I was able to do things I couldn’t do when I started! I started following in the very beginning of your channel. I’m back now, after some major life events and happy to be here again!

    May I ask a question? Are you hypermobile? I notice on the cat cow, your arms bend backwards.

      Yes I am! I suspect I have EDS based on meeting the criteria for it

    Please help me decide what should I do wall Pilates or 3-2-1 method. I’m going to start working out after a year long break and dealing with lower back pain and stiffness.
