Oh I absolutely loved it! Pilates bar is becoming my new fave! Would love a longer workout or separate workouts for arms, core, glutes etc so I can alternate them each day! Def will stick around! Thank you ❤

Loving the bar! I did this work out a few weeks ago with dumbbells but decided I wanted to try the bar. Definitely has a learning curve with the straps and handling the bar but I really enjoyed it! I’m going back and doing a few of the older videos you have with bar. Please make more!!
that's great! yes quite a learning curve but once you get it it's a great piece of equipment to have at home! My new workout next week will be a quick pilates bar one for upper body :)

July 2024 challenge day 1 done! Thank you so much! I did the dumbbell modification with my 8# & used my kettlebell and 10# med ball as well for the squats and rows! I was trying to find a way to use therabands, but then someone in the comments mentioned ankle weights! Perfection! I burned 329 calories! Thank you Rachel! ❤
I loved using the bar. The resistance was great. I have wanted a reformer but they are expensive and large and this might be a great compromise. I would love a playlist that incorporates quite a number of bar workouts - I know I can look up others but you are by far my favorite instructor. 😊
Day 1 of the July challenge completed! This was a great workout Rachel! I don’t have the bar, so I used dumbbells and ankle weights. I burned over 200 calories. Please make more workouts like this one, and include dumbbell alternatives like you did here. Thank you for a great start to my day 😊

Be awesome if you could walk us through your bar set up: weight used, how you shorten straps, feet placement and form. It’s a great tool but want to be using it optimally for the best results. It’s probably it own 101 video 😊. Thank u.
My husband and me really enjoyed the Pilates Bar workout. We hope you have more bar workouts coming! Do you know if there is an extender for the Pilates Bar? My husband is retired military and the smaller length of the bar was difficult for him to position over his shoulders.
Great workout! Please make more !!! One question, I am 5'10", is it normal that when I have the bar over my shoulders it is a little uncomfortable? Any suggestions? Thanks for all you do!
Thank you! Wow yes being that tall that is a lot of resistance! You may want to either use a lighter band weight for any exercises that bother your shoulders (if your bar came with more bands).. or do the underhand for the ones we are lying down. If it’s for the standing work, and u can’t change out the bands, I would just have a set of dumbbells close by and swap the bar for dumbbells for any press/overhead shoulder
I had some difficulty working with the bar it was my first time so the floor exercises were a challenge Any advice to have better control when using the bar. 😊
