I used to have such bad elbow problems that I never could use those weights! But now your workouts have inspired me to try again, using 3 lb. weights and I love it!
Well I'm 35f and weigh 190 pounds and I can tell that I could do each and every workout... POV - I used a towel for the last stretch .. it gave me so much burn... Especially the wall sit-ups .. thank you and God bless you... I'm going to complete the 30 day challenge and update with changes...❤
This was such a welcome change! It's been such a long time since you've posted a wall Pilates workout! I thoroughly enjoyed the addition of the walls sits with the weights! It brought a nice amount of heat to the body! Will definitely be repeating this one!
Loved this new full body workout. ❤ really enjoying the weekly schedule tou send. I'm pushing to do the intermediate each day with added dumbells when ever I can. I'm feeling so much stronger
This was an awesome workout. Maybe my favorite ab and glute ones so far. So grateful for all your videos! I have been doing 4-5 of your workouts a week for the past couple months and see and feel a difference in my core strength. Now my body wants to feel the burn more and more.
Thanks for this challenge, day one complete! I'm in my 60s and walk 10,000 steps. I've been wanting to add strength training and stretching so this will be perfect. My hamstrings have always been tight, I'm excited to see what I'll feel like at the end of the month.
Another great workout!!! Enjoyed every minute! I did it on my rest day but was worth it! I can see how much my strength improved doing your workouts and challenging myself to not give up!

Hi ! I'm new here watching your videos from France. I've loved the first workout but would have liked to know how and when to breathe 🥰🙏 And the mat is slippery on the floor , I don't know what to do ! Does anybody have a trick ???
So glad u loved it! Typically breathing on the harder part of the movement is best but because I make classes for mostly beginners, I try not to focus too much on the breath. Research shows that it can hinder movement in beginners so I try not to overwhelm 😊

I dont understand wall pilates? It puts alot of pressure on your shoulders and upper back because u keep pushing yourself of the wall. Or am i doing something wrong. It feels weird and uncomfortable
