High intensity workout with no jumping.
As a 50-something dental hygienist I LOVE these standing low impact Pilates workouts!!!!! I cannot put a lot of weight on my hands and wrists. There is no getting up and down off the floor, no repeat. You really work up a sweat.
I finished this workout a minute ago and I'm just speechless. This is the most unusual workout I've ever done. Like really. Wow. It looks not that hard at first, but I'm so sweaty now and I felt every exercise. My legs are shaking. I would also like to note how you did these exercises. So calm and graceful. It's pure magic. Gonna explore more of your workouts a bit later. Thank you.
Thank you so much for all your 30-45 minutes Pilates classes, it’s perfect for morning exercise before work when you usually don’t have 50-60 minutes to do full-scale workouts, but still wanna feel energized ❤
Im having a one sided low back pain since 3 days ago after deadlifting gone wrong and it's irritating, I felt limited.. During this video, some movement stimulates the tight sensation on my affected lower back, but then subsides after some repetition, then after this video I feel my lower back pain is subsiding and my hip mobility is improving 😳Thank you for the vids, I think I'll try your other standing pilates vids ❤
This was just wow. I don’t care for jumping exercises or squats because I have bad knees and this set of exercises was just perfect. Got my heart rate up just where it had to be. I am so grateful for you. Thank you.

Never underestimate the power of Pilates I'm doing Pilates for the first time before this I was just doing workouts but today after doing this I'm sweating badly even the weather is not hot at all I feel like I'm gonna throw up and cry...But it's fine I'm grateful that I decided to do Pilates and I found this and I'm gonna do this until I found no difficulties thank you

So much more intense than I ever expected. I could hardly make it to 50%, but pushed through. Can't wait to see the results as I continue with it. I only wish there was a longer stretch session at the end.

I really loved this video of the person doing the pilates. It was well formatted. You had the camera at the right angle, you had the timer, you showed how to do the exercise before the exercise was done. That was what I liked most about it, it really helped me understand how to do the exercise before I actually did the exercise. The pile calf lift, that was the hardest, I just couldn't get my heel to come off my workout matt. Also the side to back step out, that was really challenging my balance and coordination. It really was. Overall I loved it, I really did! I will subscribe to you...

I just finished this video. Wow!! Talk about a workout. I must have burned a million calories and steps. Amazing. There was only a few times I got tired I know once I do this video again I will be ok. I do chair yoga and sit and or stand exercises at the community ctr where I live. And the end of this month my sister and I are going to do senior aerobics. I have always been active. I just turned 65 and some younger then me cannot keep up. That makes me feel good. Losing weight is just all about doing some form of exercise regularly that you enjoy. I would say pilates has a lot of variation as I've done pilates for years. I'd suggest her video here and Cassey Ho on Blogilates as there is a lot of variation. I get bored eaisly too so I do light weight training for booty 2 days a week, vinyasa yoga 2 times a week and other days various types of pilates workouts. You want to focus on muscle building workouts like these bc more muscle = greater calorie burn overall. Even if you just eat maintenance calories you'll gradually slim down. But to see faster results improve your diet and eat less. Do not eat 500 calories less per day, like 250. That's more sustainable.

This was a great workout. I am just getting back into working out after knee surgery, and its very difficult to go down to the ground. This workout was absolutely perfect! I am sweating and my heart rate was up. I can't wait to try other videos from Eleni.
