The lighting elements in the headlights cut through the fog. With that said, I’m glad my 2021 Mazda CX-5 and 2018 Mazda 6 both have fog lamps. It looks sharp. I’m sad to see Mazda deleting them.

He doesn’t need to be. He’s such a sweet soul with a brilliant character. I lost my car in hurricane Helene, and he was very compassionate .

If you can find a full size two row SUV with RWD biased AWD, an inline 6 turbo, putting out over 300 hp and torque, and every modern interior amenity for less than the CX-70 I’ll be impressed.

What are you talking about? The 8 speed auto with any of the 3 engine options is butter. Also, turbocharged inline 6 cylinders are known for being the most reliable “high output” engine configurations due to the better heat dispersion and organic balancing.
Mazda vs Honda is just crazy.. but if you’re putting the two together nonetheless, price and reliability will be best from a Honda obviously. You’ll have a better satisfaction with the amenities and performance the CX70 will offer, not to mention it’s just a cooler brand to have in your name

It looks nice but at our local Mazda dealership they are selling for more than the bigger CX-90. The CX-70s start at $53,000 and go up to $59,000. Unaffordable for the average car buyer.
It’s for upper middle class for sure. Car prices are affordable to the affluent these days. Even the Toyota Corolla is pushing $30k and I looked at Honda Civics as I’m buying for my sister, $33k for a loaded trim, not even a Type R!

The 70 is nothing more than a 90 without the third row seats. Prices for a non-base 70 is up there with a 90. Not enough distinction on the 70 to get out of the shadow of the 90..
This is the problem with Mazda they make the same vehicle but omit third row seating and charge $11-12K more for a CX90? I’ve owned some Mazdas back in the day when Ford still had a part and they were fairly reliable but them going to a luxury brand under the same name is not a good move especially in this economy! Bidenomics isn’t working!
No amount of tarting up can hide that it’s a CX90 with a nerfed second row (can’t slide like the CX90) and it’s frustating infotainment dictated by Mazda’s stubbornness.

Ehhh I don’t know.. I like the GLC but I don’t think it’s as competitive or offers as much. I think the GLE would be a better comparison. The GLE offers more tech than the CX70 I think but I’d still have a hard time picking. Both brands are great in similar and different styles

Mazda had three generations of a minivan called the MPV or Mazda 8. 1988-2016. But third gen wasn’t sold in US. CX-9 was the replacement.

There is a missing torque converter in Mazdas 8 speed automatic transmission. That's why the car stumbles at low speeds.

Due to the inline-6 engines design, they are inherently balanced, so no engine balancer is needed. Smooth idle and pulls.
