They need to reduce the price a couple of grand to allow it to compete with the CX-90. My problem with the Sante Fe is, that to me, it looks like a toy, or maybe a cargo vehicle. They ‘need’ to raise the taillights on the Sante Fe.
I chose the CX70 specifically because it DOESN'T have a third row. I simply don't need or want a 3 row SUV. I don't care if it costs the same as CX90. I like the exterior styling better and it's fits my needs better. I wonder if the engine in the car you tested had an issue. For me, the engine is sublimely smooth. I'm not aware of shifts, even when first started. It's powerful, smooth and to me, sounds great. I do agree the center console is larger than it needs to be as my right leg, rests against it, but it's not uncomfortable. And every reviewer makes the same claim about the cup holders in the cargo area as being the same as a CX90. They aren't the same. They aren't cup holders at all. What one might use them for, I don't know, but please be aware, they are different then the cup holders in the 90.
The hang up is that this should merely be a trim option of the 90. You don't need a third row, great. They change the cupholders to cubby holders to fit drinks and other things I guess. These are nominal changes like getting a different pair of sunglasses, but not an entirely different in terms of use. It works for some people, but justifying this is a different car because it has a different row and some lipstick/makeup is hilarious. A CX-70 should have been a slightly more affordable two row model that differentiates itself in terms of styling enough to be a different car. Like a less bulby rear design and something a bit more integrated and sporty. Perhaps Mazda just bought themselves a year or two to make a decision.
@@Rockytop8118 Go work for Mazda and tell them what they should do. My dealer can't keep them on the dealer lot, so I guess, others aren't as bothered by the fact a CX70 is much like the CX90, but different enough. Who cares what they called it? And why it elicits such negativity from people who likely don't own either is frankly amusing.
@@Rodghost1 it's a fine car and it might sell decently and targets a much smaller audience than what most thought. It's not a new model and should have been reserved for a bigger cx-5/50 with a slightly less price tag.
@@Rockytop8118 You’re entitled to your opinion of course. But it is just an opinion. I don’t care what they call it, nor how similar it is to the CX90. You can’t say it will appeal to a smaller audience at all unless you speak for all potential buyers, which surely you don’t because you can’t.

I have the CX70 and I love it. You guys did a terrible review! Mazda is not offering the CX70 as A CX90. They are giving you a spacious 5-passenger vehicle with many safety features. And to talk about Kia and Hyundai as a comparison is almost laughable, they do not compete with the CX70 styling. The ride is not floaty nor is it harsh by any means. It's not a sports car but is very confident on twisty roads.

I chose the CX-70 over the Cx-90 as I didn't need or want a 3rd row and preferred the bench seat in 2nd row to Captain's chairs. (5 adults in the main cabin vs. a cramped 3rd row seating was a really important feature for me.) Also, preferred the larger cargo to a CX-5/Cx-50 and noticed that with the 3rd row stowed in the Cx-90 cargo space wasn't completely flat. (Last car was the CX-5 and if the PHEV had been available may have stayed with that).
This is, by far, the most negative review of the CX-70 that I have seen and I watch as many of these RUclips video reviews as I can. I traded my 2023 CX-9 for the CX-70 Turbo Premium S and I absolutely love it. Comparing this to the Santa Fe is about as strange a comparison as I could imagine. I drove a lot of cars before I bought my CX-9 and the same with the CX-70. In my opinion - for the money - nothing comes close to the styling, premium interior materials, fit and finish, driving dynamics, etc. And, as an aside, I'm getting 30 mpg on the highway even while driving at 70-80 mph. Like I said, I love this car.
sorry you took it that way. These videos are based on the relative performance for the segment...of which the Santa Fe is most certainly in...and if you pay close attenton you'll note that a lot of the "cons" are simply "cons" because the CX90 does the same thing, but with a third row AND for less money. Everything in context
as many have noted, you can’t get the CX-90 without the second row captains chairs making it a four seater with the third row folded, also like the blacked out look better, and most of all the rear drive based AWD system feels much more sporty/ premium than the Sante Fe’s driveline. Finally, I like the hidden/ safe storage below the back deck. Out of site of thieving eyes. Great review btw.
@@bobreno4042 You CAN get the CX-90 w/o the captains chairs. In fact, the captains are only standard on 2 trim levels (Premium Plus), optional on 3 and unavailable on the lowest trim level. Heck, if most of these on the lots are getting the captains chairs, that's good news to me, because I'd rather have those. The few times I need space for more than 4 people is needing space for 5. One adult can hang out there in the 3rd row. Not optimal for a long (4+ hours) road trip, but fine otherwise.
CX70 is the shizz. The inline 6 is incredibly smooth (after all the recalls done on the CX90) and has lots of torque at low RPM Not sure how you guys got the lack of power under 2500RPM. If i floor it it moves and it sounds very nice especially when the turbo kicks in. Guess it's a personal preference and bias, It is not a sports car it's a huge 3 row SUV.The way it drives and handles puts to shame most of the 3 row SUVs in this segment, It makes SantaFe looking like a delivery truck honestly
I got the base trim CX-90 and paid well under 40K. The dealer even took $750 off MSRP and I got 1.9% APR for 72 months. I don’t need a third row so I just keep the third row down all the time but it’s there if I should need it. The base trim does come with many standard features. Overall, happy with my purchase.
@@BigdogLarry No 3rd row. I know. It’s why I have a CX-70, and didn’t buy a CX-90 & “just fold down the 3rd row,” like everybody seems to want us CX-70 owners to do every single day!
Like others, I find the third row irrelevant. I tried to use the one in the CX-90 and have concluded you could get 4 jockeys in the back two rows or use the 3rd row for baby seats. On the cubby hidden away in the CX-70, Love it! Great pace for receiver hitches to be kept, along with ratchet straps and other towing accessories.
I love both the CX90 and the CX70; I would take the CX70 because I don't need a third row, and 65 % of the time, I don't need the second row. But the deal breaker for me is the center counter; it rubs against your right knee and leg. On long rides, it gets painful and annoying.
CX-70 is a more sporty model than the CX-90. The trim is body color painted in the CX-70 versus the CX-90 and different body trim and wheels. I believe the suspension is different config on the CX-70 and it has some sexy colors not available in the CX-90. I don't need a 3rd row and I prefer the overall look of the CX-70 to the CX-90 so that is what I'd buy. I don't think the Hyundai even compares to this from a interior finish, features, sportiness and quality perspective. Of course, the Santa Fe has a 4 cylinder engine which lack refinement and performance of the CX-70's 3.3litre inline 6 cylinder which is so smooth. Of course it will be cheaper!
Bought the CX-70 3.3 PP. Kids are out of the house so no need for 3rd row, the added storage very useful for tools, accessories, etc.as we do a lot of offsite work. I don't think this has been noted: the straight-six, and long wheelbase makes it an excellent long haul cruiser and tow vehicle. We do 900+ mile road trips regularly, often towing a boat, or utility trailer, best SUV so far compared to Audi Q7s and Honda Pilots we previously owned. Your Santa Fe doesn't cut it here. Maybe a niche, but NOT shortening the wheelbase as did Honda and VW with there 3-row platforms is a big difference maker for us. Thank you for the review.
I just brought a cx70 2 weeks ago reason to pick it over a cx90 i don't need a 3rd row i do use the storage underneath the seats. First it's a 2025 model 2nd it look sportier then a 90 3rd color combination i got poly Grey with red interior 4th you get cooled seats with premium trim 5th it has Alexa the cx70 is in the top of its class for 5 passengers SUVs what other car has over 300hp rwd bias with awd 40 cubic feet of storage 25 mpg average under 55k fully loaded name me one
It will be best in class after all the bugs are sorted out...which has mostly already been done with all the 2024 CX-90 updates. Customer demand - partly due to federal tax breaks & partly due to MANY customers rarely needing more range than the 26 miles provided in the PHEV models - has resulted in a complete pricing restructure for both the CX-90 and the CX-70 and it FAVORS the I-6 versions. As a result, the CX-70 Premium is spec'd out like the original CX-90 Premium Plus was when it was first released - priced as the "top model" costing $60k +. Adding a few features to the PHEV Premium Plus versions basically reversed the pecking order, along with much higher demand, resulting in the PHEV being the top model...and dropping the Turbo S Premium down to around $55k. Of course the PHEV is getting the $7500 federal rebate on top of local incentives. Sadly, earliest CX-90 customers did not always get the PHEV rebates...or they paid over $60k for the Turbo S PP model. I am already seeing low mileage CX-90 Turbo S PP models selling for $49k as a CPO. Finding a later model production run with a better than new CPO warranty will likely force me to part with my CX-5 Signature sooner than later once there is a decent selection of the model you purchased...CX-70 Turbo S Premium...on the lots as low mileage CPO. You mention getting the Polymetal Gray with the red interior - did you consider other color combos? Like black exterior with red interior? Or the melting copper? TIA.
@@vinnie4400 I was thinking maybe the copper but they didn't have any they were 3 weeks out after I looked at all of them inside didn't like the black interior the dash and the door covers look to plain look at the tan interior but the Swede on the dash did not no how that is going to hold up over time plus 2500 extra not enough value for the difference the red interior is sharp looking so I definitely wanted red interior on the exterior I don't like white or black cars like soul red but it clashed with red interior zircon sand is ok but when you see a poly Grey with red interior that car stands out. Also I think the roof rails distract from the sportiness of the car they had one there but I waited for 2 weeks to get mine without the roof racks. As for the transmission shifts the first weeks had a few goofy shifts from 1st to 2nd but now that has seamed to smooth out everything is fine love this car don't miss my 2016 cx9 at all this car is so much nicer they are about the same size cx70 is a little bit higher only 2 thing I don't like the sunroof must have the sun shade open half way to crack the sun roof. 2nd the tachometer is no longer in the head up display have to look down at the dash instead.
@@JaketheSnake-lz1pq Thanks for taking the time to explain all that...not sure I get the price worries when the 2023 CX-9 Signature models sticker price was $51k. The CX-90 & 70 P Turbo S is a massive upgrade for between $4 - $7k over the CX-9, which I also liked but did not want the 3rd row. I am surprised that there will be a 2025 CX-5 when their actually is the CX-60 sold by Mazda everywhere but N.A. market. It's bigger than the CX-50 & CX-5, smaller than the CX-70, & uses the same RWD architecture & engine options. I still think that vehicle, perhaps after a refresh, will eventually complete the Mazda CX family of SUVs. The 2025 CX-50 will use the same powertrain in the current RAV Hybrid, albeit with slightly worse mileage. Mazda is doing their own Hybrid design for later 2025 CX-5 models. Using their 2.0L skyactiv engine tuned like the departed CX-3 2.0L, combined with 2 modest electric motors providing power to the rear wheels, this HEV is rumored to put out around 200 hp while managing 50 mpg. If that actually pans out during the 2025 MY they will be sold out months in advance.

@@JaketheSnake-lz1pq Thanks again. The CX-5 days are numbered then...pricing has risen to at or even above CX-50 levels, and sales are way down. I'm going to track down the Aussie review of the CX-60...using those I-6 engines in a close to compact RWD platform...or better yet, bring back the Mazda 6 shooting brake that we should have gotten all along using the RWD architecture & power trains. Perhaps the CX-5 lives on w/o a true redesign but allowing Mazda to give their own HEV design a shot without hurting their longer term model plans. Do you know if the CX-60 price & trim levels are similar to the N.A. 70 & 90 after factoring currency/exchange rate?
thanks for the review. just a small thought about the extra storage space that you mentioned, i always carry emergency blankets, umbrellas, jackets, etc... just in case; summer and winter...that would be the perfect storage area and out of the way.
The height limit of the hatch is so it can be opened in a standard American garage with the garage door open. If it opened any higher, it would get destroyed by the garage door in the open position. That just shows that Mazda is a lot smarter than you think.
Well you've said it its driver focused for the family person that wants a SUV with some personality. It has a soul and beautiful straight 6 turbo engine. It's different for the segment and sets its self apart from the crowd. The pricepoint is not bad at all even fully equipped. I think Mazda did a nice job but keep in mind that it not for all consumers but for those that want something different and exciting in a family vehicle.. Some people don't need a third row. Its okay that it doesn't have a third row.
I like this cause I'm an older man and an empty nester. Just the two of us. I don't need a third row seat. It would be a waste. I also had Hyundais with engine problems. This is why I am searching for something different. Had two engine replacements. If you choose Hyundai. Do your research.
I haven’t purchased yet but have this atop my list because I don’t need a third row and I like the absence of chrome. It looks sportier to me. I’m an empty nester who wants to be 30 again😂. I worry about the Alcantara on the dash and its durability and cleaning it. Thoughts? I am considering an MDX as well. Santa Fe doesn’t fit my personal vibe.
Matt I always enjoy your reviews and it’s because all that info, data, knowledge of the manufacturers, focus, experience and passion for cars is loaded into that little 'Nub' of yours and comes out in rapid fire and is never boring. (BTW disappointed you didn’t say Nub in this review when speaking of your head ☹️) 🤣
I am looking at both the CX-70 & CX-90 PHEV. If you look at the inline vehicles you have a lot more options to consider. For around the same cost. Additionally the lane assist will not be available in the 90 until next year. So, I will keep reading the manual they sent me and keeping notes on the 90.
I think Mazda is aiming for this vehicle to fill a niche, as a vehicle for a more northern climate. Folks up in the northern tier states and Canada want a place to store things in their SUVs, without constantly raising and lowering their 3rd row, in order to place things like cold weather gear, tools, etc.
Drove a CX-90 for a week and loved it. When the CX-5 is up for replacement my wife and I are looking at the CX-90, over the CX-70 simply due to the projected resale value of the 3rd row, even though we have no need for a 3 row SUV, and I prefer the styling of the CX-70.
I would personally get a CX-90 as well. A 2017 CX-5 was my first car, so I have a soft spot for Mazda. However, I really don't understand the need for a CX-70. They could have just offered this model and highest trim as a trim level of the Cx-90. There's like 6 trims, surely they could have replaced one lol. I keep seeing justification of this model being "I didn't need a third row."....Okay, you literally have that option on the CX-90 if you fold down the third row and never lift it back up. There really is no reason to justify this model. I suspect it's not going to last more than 4 years and they'll bring the CX-60 to the US. Mazda is by far the most luxurious in the segment and the most enjoyable to drive. I would also argue their reliability is the strongest with Toyota and Honda. You have to ask yourself what you prioritize in a car. I personally love Mazda, but my fiancé traded her Telluride (Oil consumption problem) in for a 2023 CX-9 and has a bit of remorse as it's tight on space and practicality. If you want more practicality and space, get a Telluride, Palisade, or Santa Fe. However, you risk reliability IMO. I actually feel like the Palisade is the most balanced between practicality and luxury the 3-row segment. There's trade offs for every make and model. If you don't really care for space or practicality and you want to feel nice every time you step in your car, get a Mazda.
We would definitely use the below cargo space and is a feature we are looking for. We do many long distance trips and that is the perfect place for extra needed shoes/boots. Thank you for the video, as this is one of the cars I am considering.
Another usual Mazda rant from jealous " Honda " boys 😂 All the neat picks presented here are laughable and have minimal backing in reality , alnost if quarter truth is being bend into full truth = propaganda 😉 CX70 and 90 both offer way more ahead of their 38 - 57K MSRP and when dealers offer additional 4000usd off, it is well into Cheesy and plasticy main stream prices like Pilots Highlnaders SantaFu of the market and than CX70/90 are heck of amazing bargain . On the other hand thanks to such rant we will get even better deal on our CX70s...😉
I would totally use the extra storage for tools and others things. Also the trunk can be programmed to go higher for taller people. The black trim of the CX 70 will look nicer with tinted windows. I just don't understand why the PHEV can't pull 5000 pounds when it has the same transmission and almost the same power.
As a single guy who is looking at the turbo trims of the CX-5, I think this would be the next step up I would make in the Mazda lineup because I don't need a 3-row midsize or full-size crossover or SUV yet. I love the stealthier exterior this has with the Polymetal Gray exterior & the red or tan Nappa leather interior between the different trims of the CX-70. I like the performance, space, tech, & luxury features this gives you as the next step up in the lineup from the CX-5 & CX-50. I don't like the excessive black plastic cladding on the CX-50, so if I were to get one, I'd want to get the black plastic pieces painted to match the body color. This is a larger CX-5 on RWD-based AWD platform with a bigger engine that has more HP, torque, & better efficiency . It's a better price than a comparable midsize 2-row crossover/ SUV would be from a traditional luxury brand
The advantage to the CX-70 is that it will look better to a fair number of people. That's it. Methinks the CX-90 will have better resale simply because of the 3rd row. One thing I haven't heard any reviewers mention is the "stadium seating" of the pair. The second row sits higher, which can give great sightlines for the passengers back there, OR put their heads into the headliner. Which happens depends on how tall they are.
I prefer to drive a 2 row SUV. Plus as you mentioned the color and trim are not same. As I remember, the 70 s premium have the body colored wheel wall trim whereas the 90 only have flat black wheel well trim.
2:57 You can only get ventilated second row seats in the top CX-90 trims which only have Captain's chairs. They don't offer it as an option with any trims that have the bench standard or optional. And you can't option in a bench on the top trims that have ventilated rear seats which is really frustrating & stupid imo
I drive 150km to work on a combination of outback Australian roads including lots of gravel. My kids have their own kids so 3rd row seats are useless to me and the extra storage space is ideal for tie down straps, tools, water etc for outback travelling. The CX70 gets my vote over the CX90. Currently driving a 2019 Kluger/ Highlander where I removed the 3rd row to do what Mazda is doing as standard.
Like your reviews and like that you bring up your opinions on both the good and bad. Agree with.... the CX90 makes more sense.... the little foam storage cubby where the 3rd row was will never be used (I wouldn't)....they could have done a better job maximizing the interior space and utility of what is already a narrower and smaller back end than most. Mazda could have done away with the wasted 3rd row cup holder plastic and made that area a bit wider and more useful. I wish the CX90 though had a couple features that the CX70 has. Such as a nice second row bench seat on the upper trims instead of Captains chairs, so when the 3rd row is folded you are not stuck with just a large 4 seater vehicle. Why choose a CX70 ? Only a couple things I can think of. You want the second row bench you can't get on the CX90 in the nicer trims, and you like the design of the Blacked out trim features and Faux front intake vents better than the 90. You want the nice looking Red Leather. Personally I'd like to have the 90 offered with the same 2nd row bench seat as the 70. I'd keep the 3rd row folded 95% of the time, but it would be their for the rare occasional use. Having the 2nd row bench and folded 3rd row also allows you to have a completely folded flat area in the rear that you can't do with Captains chairs. I'd also like to see the Red Interior and CX70 external trim as options on the CX90
Have a CX-70 PHEV Premium on order, due in within 2 weeks. It’s the new-for-2025 color, for now exclusive to the CX-70 and not the CX-90 (as is the Red Nappa leather), Melting Copper Metallic, with a not-exclusive but surprisingly difficult to get Greige leather interior. I will let you know when I have it in hand
I thank you for your review. I tend to nitpick small, illogical things too and I think I’ll avoid the CX70. I drive an MDX so I’m inclined towards the MDX S version. Thanks again.
Good review. Out of several reviews you mentioned Apple Car Play is wireless and touchscreen! No cooked seats in second row. Drives well! All good for me! Buying a car is getting where or near where you want to be. Like getting a bus to your destination! 😂
CX90 starts at ‘select’ and CX70 starts at ‘preferred.’ It’s their own branding that makes it confusing. 3rd row should just be an option in one vehicle. Personally, the flagship styling of the 90 is less than the sport of CX70. None of this would be an issue if the CX60 was onboarded
We are currently looking at MIDSIZE 2 row SUVs and this one we have been really looking at. We will go and Test Drive one soon. We test drove the Honda passport & liked it. We currently have a 2013 Santa Fe Sport. Havent drove the new Santa Fe because not interested in the 3rd Row. Might look at the Acura RDX as well. Not Many midsize 2 rows unless Im missing one.
Successfully steered me away from looking at this. CX-50 is on my radar and lack of larger engine option was iffy. Casually dropping how slow this actually is with that much power and the dull low end is not something i could discern from websites. I'm like many others here and will absolutely not buy a 3rd row vehicle so that and the dumpy rear killed the 90 for me. Now I can really see its just a dumpy butt 90 with a few different features. Not needing the size I know longer see a reason to consider it. Thanks.
We looked the 70 and 50. I test drove the 70 and was turned off by the stiff, bumpy ride. It was very noticeable and with the poor roads around our area, was a deal breaker. Ended up with the 50 ... gave us the two rows, more than enough storage, and the ride was much more comfortable.
3:04 You can get the red or black Nappa leather in the CX-70 PHEV Premium Plus trims. You just don't get the option of this quilted tan Nappa leather interior
Not quite: CX70Preffered: 4-way power-adjustable front passenger seat , no heating CX90Preffered: 8-way power-adjustable driver's seat with power lumbar support, heated This makes no sense to me
Mazda has done a similar thing here that they did with the Cx-9/cx-7 a few generations ago. The cx-7 was basically a cx-9 with the 4 cyl turbo engine option. 🤯 I never understood their decision to do that back in the day. Here the changes are even severely LESS significant than even an engine swap. Apparently they learned to just make engine options into "packages". But now they want to differentiate models based on how many rows of seats they have??? I knew Mazda was taking a turn for the worse when they jettisoned the Zoom Zoom mantra, but this is just EMBARRASSING. So much for the Japanese company not losing face. But hopefully they'll get a handle on this major misfire and correct it instead of committing Hari Kari . Maybe they could use the excuse that this was supposed to be a significantly different vehicle from the cx90, but there is a COVID parts shortage. 😂😂
Oh my who would've guessed a RWD platform would have a large center console? I mean it's not like there's a transmission tunnel under there or anything - Mazda of course just did it for shits and giggles.
Why is this car so huge? Is there any other 5 seater that is 200 inches long? Cut rate Q8 I guess? But even that is only 196 inches.. Does Mazda not really have the money to take 10 inches off it? Sad.
Special thanks to our Patreons for their support of the channel! CX70 or CX90 or Santa Fe?
As you said, a CX90 just makes more sense, and it's just so much prettier in my opinion

Santa Fe is not in the same level as this car and shouldn't be compared to it.
Which one is better? Santa Fe or cx70?

Funny how many folks have the same complaint when reviewers compare the CX-70 to the BMW X5 (+$15k-22k). To each their own.
The highest trim 90s don’t offer a 2nd row bench, so if you want the goodies, but don’t need a third row, you’re basically buying a four-seater.
The other mistake Mazda made with the CX-70 and CX-90: capt chairs? Seriously?!?
@DeeEllEff No captain’s chairs in the CX-70 🙄
@@BigdogLarry No 3rd row. I know. It’s why I have a CX-70, and didn’t buy a CX-90 & “just fold down the 3rd row,” like everybody seems to want us CX-70 owners to do every single day!
@ Yeah I hear you. I’m thinking about getting the CX-70 myself.
@@vinnie4400 for your information the cx60 is identical size as a cx50 with with smaller cargo cx50 has 31 cubic feet to the cx60 29.the difference is in the platform rwd bias versus fwd bias I think the next cx5 will be built on a cx60 platform so they can use its hybrid system
Lolol the nub is that little thing on top of my hat 😅 but now I might start calling my head my nub 😂🔥
@@dwnshft OOPS! My bad. 😳
The amount of cargo space reminds me of the station wagons from back in the day. There’s room for several kiddos without seatbelts back there!
Another usual Mazda rant from jealous " Honda " boys 😂
All the neat picks presented here are laughable and have minimal backing in reality , alnost if quarter truth is being bend into full truth = propaganda 😉
CX70 and 90 both offer way more ahead of their 38 - 57K MSRP and when dealers offer additional 4000usd off, it is well into Cheesy and plasticy main stream prices like Pilots Highlnaders SantaFu of the market and than CX70/90 are heck of amazing bargain .
I’d like it if reviewers would mention cargo-cover information, such as height, cost (if it’s an option), quality of material, and usability.
Not much said about batteries in these vehicles either.
I have a cx90 and I love it . Rides great looks very nice and shouldn’t be compared to a Hyundai .
I have a CX-70, the CX-90 is not available with a bench in the high trim so got the CX-70. I may attempt a turbo s 3rd row retrofit in the future.
What I would like to see is the CX90 offered with the same bench seat the 70 has in the upscale trim offerings.
I have four dogs and so the CX 70 makes a lot more sense to me as I need flat storage space for crates and dogs in the back.
Bench seat! I don’t like the captain chairs in these SUV’s. Can you option the bench seat in the 90?
I wish this was the size of the cx60 in Europe. Maybe the revamped cx5 will be that size.
On the cx70 what engines require premium gas?
None. I have the turbo s premium and can use reg. It does recommend premium and unlocks the power output.
Same as cx90 without a 3rd row. Absurd. They missed a good segment. Talk about lazy and not enough money to invest
Mazda makes unusual vehicles for unusual people.
Nice review.
Lololol
So that's why I like them....😂
We are currently looking at MIDSIZE 2 row SUVs and this one we have been really looking at.
Ended up with the 50 ... gave us the two rows, more than enough storage, and the ride was much more comfortable.
i chose the 70 over the 9o becaues of 2 reasons. id never use the 3rd row and the sand color is only available on the 70.
3:04 You can get the red or black Nappa leather in the CX-70 PHEV Premium Plus trims. You just don't get the option of this quilted tan Nappa leather interior
I use the cubby on my Hyundai Santa Fe 2019 all the time. Especially when travelling distance.
The CX-70 is better equipped in the lower-mid trims than the CX-90.
Not quite:
CX70Preffered: 4-way power-adjustable front passenger seat , no heating
CX90Preffered: 8-way power-adjustable driver's seat with power lumbar support, heated
This makes no sense to me
Mazda has done a similar thing here that they did with the Cx-9/cx-7 a few generations ago.
The cx-7 was basically a cx-9 with the 4 cyl turbo engine option. 🤯
I never understood their decision to do that back in the day.
You are comparing to a junk hyundai? 10 year guaranteed piece of sh..
You obviously don't know what you're talking about!
Do not want the cx90 because of the 3rd rowing I had it i would try to take it out.
Future models the CX-10 & CX-20 should be the size of CX-3 than the CX-3 & Mazda 2 should get discontinued .
Wish we got the CX-60 from Europe
I would use that hidden cubby
If I want a 2 Row Suv the Cx-70 seems the best! Let me know your thoughts!
Oh my who would've guessed a RWD platform would have a large center console? I mean it's not like there's a transmission tunnel under there or anything - Mazda of course just did it for shits and giggles.
When he says "Small" he means ppl who are smaller and fit since almost everyone in the US is obese! They tend to buy Chevy's & Ford's...😮🤔🙃
Why is this car so huge? Is there any other 5 seater that is 200 inches long? Cut rate Q8 I guess? But even that is only 196 inches.. Does Mazda not really have the money to take 10 inches off it? Sad.
I bought the XRT, love it.
Not too many negatives, and the few are minor.
All new Hyundai Santa Fe still to come to South Africa ,
Santa fe has a shorter hood and very boxy.
Mazda was really on a roll for a while and they really dropped the ball here.
I went to look at one today...❤
