Mizi all i want to say is that God richly bless you for your effective workouts, you have no idea how you've helped a sister feel so comfortable with her body now. From 100KG to 79 and half kg from March to August, i have four more kilos to lose. I love you ❤❤❤❤❤

Day 1 💕 kinda hurted
Day 2 💕 it hurts more but it's fine I guess
Day 3 💕 still hurts but kinda less
Day 4 💕 doesn't hurt that bad only a little bit
Day 5 💕 didn't feel any pain if compared to day 2 or 1
Day 6 💕
Day 7 💕
Day 8 💕 I can definitely see some changes
Day 9 💕

Mizzi any workout for someone like me that has an athletic shape figure i really would want to have a better figure, also any workout to tone inner and outer leg arms and booty. Thank you.
