  • This is a short video clip of Cathe's Stability Ball Total Body Weight conditioning workout that was broadcast on Cathe Live July 31, 2014. Equipment needed: A Stability Ball, weighted dumbbells (ranging from 5 to 15 pounds) and an exercise mat. Have a riser available to anchor your ball when we are not using it.

    I can't wait for you to do a kettle bell workout series!!!!! I love the kettle bell, because they strenghten my core, abs, stability muscles, but, arms, aerobics. Oh god, those are sooooo good!
