I got my puppy and the next day found out he had parvo. I had to take him to the emergency room and it cost me about $1000. I was able to bring him home and then he slowly went downhill again. We didn't want him to go back to the hospital so we tried everything we could at home. Right before we were about to give up, we found this video. We called Edward and he talked us through the whole thing. He immediately started feeling better and the next day was eating food again. Its been a week since we called and he has fully recovered. I know this video is old but I am very thankful for the information. I saved my puppy with your help. So thank you so so much. He's still lethargic but within 24 hours he has made a complete turnaround. I thought it was hopeless. I couldn't even keep Pedialyte or water or meds of any kind down him. Immediately he vomited them up. I stayed vigilant. I put tiny amount of pepto (that's all I had for vomiting) on my finger and wiped it on his tongue a few times. The sub-q fluids were the key. That's literally all I could do for him for a while. Then started with the Pedialyte again 1/4 teaspoon at a time. Split the meds into 5 different teeny tiny doses. Today he's walking around a little. He finally urinated. His skin snaps back when pinched. I am so happy I found your video. Now he's eating! Boiled chicken, and rice in broth. Thanks. You are a blessing my man!

A Big Thank You to Edward! This video saved my puppy. I did everything you said and he even texted me back when I wasn't sure. For those of you dealing with this awful Parvo , don't give up on your puppy, even when it doesn't look good ( like day 3 and 4). Heres some pointers I learned during this experience. Go to your nearest farm or feed store for the medical supplies (for me it was tractor supply store/ by the way they have amoxicillin ). For the saline water I used distilled water instead you can add a 1/2 teaspoon of salt to every cup of water if desired. Since my puppy couldn't hold anything down (she barfed lots) I was advised by a vet assistant. to fast my puppy 24hours and just continued with the water. When she got better i was advised to start feeding her with syringe canned pumpkin ( just the plain pumpkin no spices). In the pumpkin I gave her the amoxicillin. At this point when I stopped injecting the water solution to neck (around day 3). I got clear pedialyte and added some charcoal caps to attach to the parvo and get it out of her system. By day 4 she started eating (I was so thankful!). On day 4, I got 3 chicken breast, rice and water and boiled all together ( enough to make for a few days). I cut up half a breast and added the rice. I added probiotics to boost her immune system. In addition I sprayed 1/2 cup of bleach to gallon of water to the entire backyard (where the puppies played). Keep the faith and don't give up on your puppy (even when you don't believe or others doubt you) ...It was an awful 4 days but also very rewarding at the end. Thanks again Edward!!

THANK you for saving our puppy!! We followed your advice and he is completely healthy again. It was scary but it worked. Vet wouldn't give us supplies so we used syringes from Walgreens, colloidal silver from the Vitamin Shop (a great antibiotic) and a little pepto bismal. Thank you for letting us know that day 4 would be the worst day. It helped to know what to expect and you were right. He started turning around after getting him through that day. Calling and talking to you made all the difference too. You're a hero!!

Thank you so much for the advice. We had given our dog an egg mixed with Pedialyte the first day and she continued to get worse. When I found your video on line and it literally saved her life the injections of tap water had her back to her hyper self the next day had you not included your phone number in the video I may not have taken that step (could not get anything else on Sunday) which turned her around. My daughter and I Honestly believe we would have buried her the next day. She had recovered 100% thanks again.

I am currently nursing a puppy with parvo. We caught it early thankfully. It is still touch and go, but I am hoping for the best. Thr vet sent me home with a kit of antibiotics, a saline bag, syringes and clean needles. I am a nurse who normally cares for humans, but I think I can manage with the puppy. She seems very tired after I do the subcutaneous injections. She drools a little too. But I am going to stay with her until she pulls through.

Hello, I just wanted to thank you for this video. My 12 wk. labrador pup was diagnosed with Parvo on a Wed. I really didn't no much about the virus so started to do some research and found your video. At the point of diagnoses, my pup was not eating or drinking water; we thought we were going to lose him based on the research I did. I asked the vet if he could give me the Saline and antibiotics, so I could take care of it at home but of course he said NO! The day before THANKSGIVING I drove to TJ and got all the above items mentioned in the video. Day and night we have been taking care of this pup that we love so much. Four days into the treatment, my pup is doing so much better and today he pooped normal. I have never been so happy to see dog poop in my life...it's thicker and dark brown! Just want to share what I did ...1. Injected Saline 3 times a day 2.Gave him antibiotics twice a day orally 3. Fed him baby food every hr. (plain chicken) 4. Gave him water every hr. 5. Gave him a little of Pepto on third day 6. Prayed for him in Jesus name! Again I had to drive to Tijuana and get all his MEDS....waited 4 hrs. in line! Mufasa and Scar my 4 1/2 month blue nose pits. Last week i reached out because they were diagnosed with parvo. Scar the one in the back took really well to treatment quickly Mufasa was deteriorating. The vets had given up on him and said to just make him comfortable. He couldn’t keep water down pretty soon he started not eating and showed lack of interest in the normal activity him and his brother loved to do. I can across this video and it saved my puppy life. Edward, what a blessing you are to our family!! Our 8week old puppies had parvo which is how we came across this video. It may too late for one little guy. He likely had pneumonia and he’s already the run so as were against them before we even got started. But listen to this man and subscribe to him to give him support. And please pass on the awareness that vaccination is a must as early as possible. We thought spaying was the best idea for this low income family but the first puppy we sent to get spayed brought the parvo home. I’m so sad that I was ignorant about dogs. (that was our first litter.). This is our second litter and again I was ignorant not knowing that no matter how much I cleaned and scrubbed the house that I was never going to get the Parvo out of this house!!! Believe me I cry every day for this mistake! So no hate remarks please. I am hoping to add a picture of Cuddles loving her brother as he is fighting for his life. He is dying from pneumonia and malnutrition and dehydration. He was too far gone by the time we had met Edward. Cuddles, Angel, Spike, Lutu (!) are coming around nicely. Tails are wagging. They won’t eat but I force feed the Bullaid as Edward mentioned. About 1/4 of a teaspoon as often as every fifteen minutes. We’re getting tired and sometimes we just want to give up but we remind the other to remember the end results. The best advice is don’t give up, don’t give up, don’t give up.
Update: My four month old dog didn't make it...he passed last night in his sleep. We did buy the bullyade yesterday, though. Maybe if we get another dog down the road and this issue comes up again the bullyade will defiantly come in handy. I still want to thank you for the help and advice you gave us. Have a great day.
Save Talia Yes, in fact I have. I've gotten a Australian cattle dog mixed with a rat terrier now. I've had her for about two to three weeks now. The person I bought her off said she had one shot which was a parvo shot. My new dog, Beauty, has been doing excellent! She hasn't gotten sick yet. I was worried at first, but she's not shown the first symptom of parvo. She's only a month or so old and she's the most energetic dog I've owned. However, if parvo does end up coming in the picture, we have some bullyade that I was going to use for my last dog with parvo, but it came in the day after he passed away.
Sm0kez that's great! So sorry about your other pup though... I have a recommendation for you if this hasn't been done already... parvo can remain in a yard for up to one year, so the yard or anywhere your old puppy went will need to be treated- it's some crazy stuff. The only household cleaner that I know of that will kill it is bleach... that way if another pup ever went into your yard it won't get sick and start the process all over again... sorry if this is too long of a comment... good luck with your lucky pup!

Thank you so much, 10 years ago I almost had my dog put down because the vet told me there was nothing I could do to treat parvo Until the receptionist (a friend from elementary school) told me to bring him back every day for fluids. My puppy lived! Now 2 days ago I bought 3 puppies, 7 weeks old and 1 for each of my sons. This morning I woke up to 2 vomiting with diarrhea and I'm pretty sure it's parvo. Jazzy Willz yes she did and really the only thing u can do is keep giving it to her until she is able to take it by mouth... I had to get my fiancé to help me by holding her for me.... it’s a good sign that she is fighting back because she is getting her strength... if you are able to just put it in a syringe without the needle and hold her mouth open and pour it down her throat then that will work also

C Ghinga mine was about 20lbs and she wouldn’t move at all... she couldn’t even stand up to use the bathroom. She smelled horrible like death. When I injected her she wouldn’t fight back until day two.

One came down with parvo, followed your advice along with amoxicillin tabs and iv 400 ml liquid a day, and she is doing better... Now my other puppy is showing symptoms... If your puppy/dog starts showing symptoms I implore you to follow the instructions he gives in this video... And if you're not sure like I wasn't or have any questions... please give him a call, he will answer and help you out as he did for me... Parvo is bad, but have hope, it's not a death sentence... thanks again!
Homie actually answers the phone! He sent me a text with tips so that I don't have to write this stuff down or keep referencing the video 👌 super helpful. I've since come across some info that said if the blood in the stool is just a drop or two at the end (from pushing), it could be fine (if the pup isn't showing any other symptoms). My guys get into everything they shouldn't, so it's perfectly possible they ate something weird. I'm gonna wait til tomorrow to get too concerned about it. He seems perfectly healthy other than the diarrhea today. Very helpful.

While my puppy does not have parvo, she was inadvertently exposed...I held another puppy that has since had litter mates die from this disease. It is day 9, and no signs thus far, so I think we may have dodged a bullet; nevertheless, I just want to give a huge thanks for your very informative video!!! I'm trying to be proactive and ready in case she gets sick, and like most people, I do not have thousands of dollars to leave her at the vet for round the clock treatment. This video gives me hope in case she does get sick...

***UPDATE*** She’s doing better today and I saw worms in her poop so I purchased some liquid deworming product. I’m still adding chicken broth to her food because she’s not drinking water on her own.
I just want to come back and say thank you again. It’s about a year later and I have 4 happy healthy pups thanks to finding your video. I was not able to get ahold of all of the things that you suggested but tweaked it however I could and didn’t give up hope. It paid off. So again, from me and my babies, Thank You!
@@priscillagonzalez8622 it has been a couple of years now but I force fed them 10-15 mls of pedialyte every 2-3 hours, even through the night with a children’s medicine syringe, if they vomited in between I gave them more as soon as they were done throwing up, gave them pepto to soothe their tummies, I gave them colloidal silver every day to fight off secondary infections, I also ordered Paxxin on Amazon, HIGHLY recommend, and gave them the recommended dose. The main thing is you have to stay consistent with the pedialyte. I don’t know how big your dog is but my puppies were tiny, your dog may need much more pedialyte than they did. Stay consistent, it will be exhausting but if you get through the first 3-4 days you’re looking good. Don’t be surprised if it is a roller coaster ride. They would seem to be improving then were too weak to walk again a few hours later.
My puppy and older dog caught parvo. I didnt have money to take to vet but forced gatorade and antibiotics down their throat they made it!! It was day 5 and i cant believe it but they came thru!! Dont give up dogs have will to survive!

It's great for them but mine was just diagnosed with parvo today. The vet said that my pup(9 mon. old) is on the safer side since he received all his vaccines as a baby. Only problem is he won't eat or drink anything. They pumped fluids under his layer of skin (looks like a big bubble on his back). It's going to keep him hydrated tonight without forcing him to drink orally. They gave me some meds to stop the nausea and an antibiotic. If he does better tomorrow (fingers crossed), they said he should pull through just fine.
La Chaparra how did your dog do my 6month old pit is having his fight and im scared out my mind this is my son... I keep hearing cause his age and size he should be fine just to stay on it but hearing others success stories give me more confidence, at the same time the sad stories make me wanna invest more and try the next thing.
@@dc_getty5469 Thank ypu for asking. My Hercules pulled through. I had to give him Pedialyte and water through a syringe after the first day. Maybe a 1/2 cup twice a day and giving him antibiotics to make sure he didn't get sick from anything else. I also got some nausea pills to stop him from throwing up. Which helped him stay hydrated. You do have to put a lot of time and effort into it though. I've had multiple dogs throughout my life die from parvo(not in the same home). So I wasn't very optimistic this round. But as long as you push and make sure he pushes, he should pull through. Also, Hercules got worse before he got better. So don't give up.

3 puppies 3mths some how contracted Parvo. 1 pup has been admitted Sat and still in critical condition with no improvement yet. Her 2 brothers starting getting ill and couldn't keep anything down or if they did it came out the other end. Spoke to Mr Edward personally tonight. He texted me somethings I can do. Will definitely update tomorrow or Wednesday. 1st time since Sunday they're getting syringe fed and ate 2 whole syringes. Unfortunately, the vet turned down my 2 brothers at home. Thank you so much for your video. We got a puppy from the dog pound and was told there was another dog with parvo but she would be OK as she wasn't near then. Couple of days later she started to show symptom. One night she wouldn't eat drink and started to vomit and have the runs with blood. I rang the emergency vet and she though it was change of food. That night the puppy wasn't looking to well so we came across your video. Thank god we did we done a mad dash to the local hospital for the needles and had saline at home from the first aid kit. Started rehydrating her and by morning she was a different puppy. We are still treating her as per what the vet gave us but if it wasn't for your video it could of been a different out come.

Moe Louise Pinera yeah I lost my puppy just today to parvo and it was sad too because she would be very playful but seeing her no longer run around with a smile on her face and just laying down a lot it hurt me. We took her to the vet and paid $500 for the first half to give her medicine and keep her there but she passed away today this morning. The sounds she made like her weeps when she’d throw up hurt me so much and it’s something I’ve never heard a dog make.

Okay...this guy is phenomenal! I didn't know what to do and wasn't quite sure that my puppy had parvo as I received a phone call from my boyfriend at the time(left him after this) and he was crying saying she was sick. I will shorten this completely terrible experience for my puppy. I was shocked to see that he offered his number and that if there was an extreme emergency(surely he doesn't want bothered constantly by the internet world) to call him. He ANSWERED THE PHONE! I wasn't even sure of his time zone and was just desperate as animals can't complain and tell us what is wrong and the amount of pain they are in. I had just about everything he said to use. the reason dogs die from parvo isnt because of the disease itself but it more has to do with the dog being dehydrated and malnourished which is why they lose so much weight during the time. To prevent that from happening you basically have to force feed your dog and also show them alot of love and attention to help them get through such a stressful time. I used a syringe to give her water and other fluids like pedalyte. I also gave her active charcoal. For food i found some liquid supplement from the pet store which was full of nutrients. I also stayed up for like three days with my dog making sure to pet and show her tons of love. Trust me it goes along way. After about a week she was back to her old self. She lost alot of weight, i could see her ribs but now three years later she is one of the healthiest dogs ive ever had. I really think it actually made her stronger and made her immune system alot better.

I got my puppy and the next day found out he had parvo. I had to take him to the emergency room and it cost me about $1000. I was able to bring him home and then he slowly went downhill again. I know this video is old but I am very thankful for the information. I saved my puppy with your help. So thank you so so much. He's still lethargic but within 24 hours he has made a complete turnaround. I thought it was hopeless. I couldn't even keep Pedialyte or water or meds of any kind down him. Immediately he vomited them up. I stayed vigilant. I put tiny amount of pepto (that's all I had for vomiting) on my finger and wiped it on his tongue a few times. The sub-q fluids were the key. That's literally all I could do for him for a while. Then started with the Pedialyte again 1/4 teaspoon at a time. Split the meds into 5 different teeny tiny doses. Today he's walking around a little. He finally urinated. His skin snaps back when pinched. I am so happy I found your video. Now he's eating! Boiled chicken, and rice in broth. Thanks. A Big Thank You to Edward! This video saved my puppy. I did everything you said and he even texted me back when I wasn't sure. For those of you dealing with this awful Parvo , don't give up on your puppy, even when it doesn't look good ( like day 3 and 4). Heres some pointers I learned during this experience. Go to your nearest farm or feed store for the medical supplies (for me it was tractor supply store/ by the way they have amoxicillin ). For the saline water I used distilled water instead you can add a 1/2 teaspoon of salt to every cup of water if desired. Since my puppy couldn't hold anything down (she barfed lots) I was advised by a vet assistant. to fast my puppy 24hours and just continued with the water. When she got better i was advised to start feeding her with syringe canned pumpkin ( just the plain pumpkin no spices). In the pumpkin I gave her the amoxicillin. At this point when I stopped injecting the water solution to neck (around day 3). I got clear pedialyte and added some charcoal caps to attach to the parvo and get it out of her system. By day 4 she started eating (I was so thankful!). On day 4, I got 3 chicken breast, rice and water and boiled all together ( enough to make for a few days). I cut up half a breast and added the rice. I added probiotics to boost her immune system. In addition I sprayed 1/2 cup of bleach to gallon of water to the entire backyard (where the puppies played). Keep the faith and don't give up on your puppy (even when you don't believe or others doubt you) ...It was an awful 4 days but also very rewarding at the end. Thanks again Edward!!

THANK you for saving our puppy!! We followed your advice and he is completely healthy again. It was scary but it worked. Vet wouldn't give us supplies so we used syringes from Walgreens, colloidal silver from the Vitamin Shop (a great antibiotic) and a little pepto bismal. Thank you for letting us know that day 4 would be the worst day. It helped to know what to expect and you were right. He started turning around after getting him through that day. Thank you so much for the advice. We had given our dog an egg mixed with Pedialyte the first day and she continued to get worse. Hello, I just wanted to thank you for this video. My 12 wk. labrador pup was diagnosed with Parvo on a Wed. I really didn't no much about the virus so started to do some research and found your video. At the point of diagnoses, my pup was not eating or drinking water; we thought we were going to lose him based on the research I did. I asked the vet if he could give me the Saline and antibiotics, so I could take care of it at home but of course he said NO! The day before THANKSGIVING I drove to TJ and got all the above items mentioned in the video. Day and night we have been taking care of this pup that we love so much. Four days into the treatment, my pup is doing so much better and today he pooped normal. I have never been so happy to see dog poop in my life...it's thicker and dark brown! Just want to share what I did ...1. Injected Saline 3 times a day 2.Gave him antibiotics twice a day orally 3. Fed him baby food every hr. (plain chicken) 4. Gave him water every hr. 5. Gave him a little of Pepto on third day 6. Prayed for him in Jesus name! Again I had to drive to Tijuana and get all his MEDS....waited 4 hrs. in line! Mufasa and Scar my 4 1/2 month blue nose pits. Last week i reached out because they were diagnosed with parvo. Scar the one in the back took really well to treatment quickly Mufasa was deteriorating. The vets had given up on him and said to just make him comfortable. He couldn’t keep water down pretty soon he started not eating and showed lack of interest in the normal activity him and his brother loved to do. I can across this video and it saved my puppy life. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about what to do I followed his instructions all the way through and now both puppies are doing amazing back to their normal playful selves. Edward, what a blessing you are to our family!! Our 8week old puppies had parvo which is how we came across this video. It may too late for one little guy. He likely had pneumonia and he’s already the run so as were against them before we even got started. But listen to this man and subscribe to him to give him support. And please pass on the awareness that vaccination is a must as early as possible. We thought spaying was the best idea for this low income family but the first puppy we sent to get spayed brought the parvo home. I’m so sad that I was ignorant about dogs. (that was our first litter.). This is our second litter and again I was ignorant not knowing that no matter how much I cleaned and scrubbed the house that I was never going to get the Parvo out of this house!!! Believe me I cry every day for this mistake! So no hate remarks please. I am hoping to add a picture of Cuddles loving her brother as he is fighting for his life. He is dying from pneumonia and malnutrition and dehydration. He was too far gone by the time we had met Edward. Cuddles, Angel, Spike, Lutu (!) are coming around nicely. Tails are wagging. They won’t eat but I force feed the Bullaid as Edward mentioned. About 1/4 of a teaspoon as often as every fifteen minutes. We’re getting tired and sometimes we just want to give up but we remind the other to remember the end results. The best advice is don’t give up, don’t give up, don’t give up.
Update: My four month old dog didn't make it...he passed last night in his sleep. We did buy the bullyade yesterday, though. Maybe if we get another dog down the road and this issue comes up again the bullyade will defiantly come in handy. I still want to thank you for the help and advice you gave us. Have a great day.

Save Talia Yes, in fact I have. I've gotten a Australian cattle dog mixed with a rat terrier now. I've had her for about two to three weeks now. The person I bought her off said she had one shot which was a parvo shot. My new dog, Beauty, has been doing excellent! She hasn't gotten sick yet. I was worried at first, but she's not shown the first symptom of parvo. She's only a month or so old and she's the most energetic dog I've owned. However, if parvo does end up coming in the picture, we have some bullyade that I was going to use for my last dog with parvo, but it came in the day after he passed away.
Sm0kez that's great! So sorry about your other pup though... I have a recommendation for you if this hasn't been done already... parvo can remain in a yard for up to one year, so the yard or anywhere your old puppy went will need to be treated- it's some crazy stuff. The only household cleaner that I know of that will kill it is bleach... that way if another pup ever went into your yard it won't get sick and start the process all over again... sorry if this is too long of a comment... good luck with your lucky pup!

My puppy lived! Now 2 days ago I bought 3 puppies, 7 weeks old and 1 for each of my sons. This morning I woke up to 2 vomiting with diarrhea and I'm pretty sure it's parvo. I had to get my fiancé to help me by holding her for me.... it’s a good sign that she is fighting back because she is getting her strength... if you are able to just put it in a syringe without the needle and hold her mouth open and pour it down her throat then that will work also

Homie actually answers the phone! He sent me a text with tips so that I don't have to write this stuff down or keep referencing the video 👌 super helpful. I've since come across some info that said if the blood in the stool is just a drop or two at the end (from pushing), it could be fine (if the pup isn't showing any other symptoms). My guys get into everything they shouldn't, so it's perfectly possible they ate something weird. I'm gonna wait til tomorrow to get too concerned about it. He seems perfectly healthy other than the diarrhea today. Very helpful.

While my puppy does not have parvo, she was inadvertently exposed...I held another puppy that has since had litter mates die from this disease. It is day 9, and no signs thus far, so I think we may have dodged a bullet; nevertheless, I just want to give a huge thanks for your very informative video!!! She’s doing better today and I saw worms in her poop so I purchased some liquid deworming product. I’m still adding chicken broth to her food because she’s not drinking water on her own.

@@priscillagonzalez8622 it has been a couple of years now but I force fed them 10-15 mls of pedialyte every 2-3 hours, even through the night with a children’s medicine syringe, if they vomited in between I gave them more as soon as they were done throwing up, gave them pepto to soothe their tummies, I gave them colloidal silver every day to fight off secondary infections, I also ordered Paxxin on Amazon, HIGHLY recommend, and gave them the recommended dose. The main thing is you have to stay consistent with the pedialyte. I don’t know how big your dog is but my puppies were tiny, your dog may need much more pedialyte than they did. Stay consistent, it will be exhausting but if you get through the first 3-4 days you’re looking good. Don’t be surprised if it is a roller coaster ride. They would seem to be improving then were too weak to walk again a few hours later.
My puppy and older dog caught parvo. I didnt have money to take to vet but forced gatorade and antibiotics down their throat they made it!! It was day 5 and i cant believe it but they came thru!! Dont give up dogs have will to survive!

I tried cooked chicken breast and it worked fine... Cut the breast into pieces and force feed them... 6 hours later he's up and running around playing... #GODISAWESOME

It's great for them but mine was just diagnosed with parvo today. The vet said that my pup(9 mon. old) is on the safer side since he received all his vaccines as a baby. Only problem is he won't eat or drink anything. They pumped fluids under his layer of skin (looks like a big bubble on his back). It's going to keep him hydrated tonight without forcing him to drink orally. They gave me some meds to stop the nausea and an antibiotic. If he does better tomorrow (fingers crossed), they said he should pull through just fine.

@@dc_getty5469 Thank ypu for asking. My Hercules pulled through. I had to give him Pedialyte and water through a syringe after the first day. Maybe a 1/2 cup twice a day and giving him antibiotics to make sure he didn't get sick from anything else. I also got some nausea pills to stop him from throwing up. Which helped him stay hydrated.
You do have to put a lot of time and effort into it though. I've had multiple dogs throughout my life die from parvo(not in the same home). So I wasn't very optimistic this round. But as long as you push and make sure he pushes, he should pull through.
Also, Hercules got worse before he got better. So don't give up.

3 puppies 3mths some how contracted Parvo. 1 pup has been admitted Sat and still in critical condition with no improvement yet. Her 2 brothers starting getting ill and couldn't keep anything down or if they did it came out the other end. Spoke to Mr Edward personally tonight. He texted me somethings I can do. Will definitely update tomorrow or Wednesday. 1st time since Sunday they're getting syringe fed and ate 2 whole syringes. Unfortunately, the vet turned down my 2 brothers at home.

Thank you so much for your video. We got a puppy from the dog pound and was told there was another dog with parvo but she would be OK as she wasn't near then. Couple of days later she started to show symptom. One night she wouldn't eat drink and started to vomit and have the runs with blood. I rang the emergency vet and she though it was change of food. That night the puppy wasn't looking to well so we came across your video. Thank god we did we done a mad dash to the local hospital for the needles and had saline at home from the first aid kit. Started rehydrating her and by morning she was a different puppy. We are still treating her as per what the vet gave us but if it wasn't for your video it could of been a different out come.

Moe Louise Pinera yeah I lost my puppy just today to parvo and it was sad too because she would be very playful but seeing her no longer run around with a smile on her face and just laying down a lot it hurt me. We took her to the vet and paid $500 for the first half to give her medicine and keep her there but she passed away today this morning. The sounds she made like her weeps when she’d throw up hurt me so much and it’s something I’ve never heard a dog make.

Okay...this guy is phenomenal! I didn't know what to do and wasn't quite sure that my puppy had parvo as I received a phone call from my boyfriend at the time(left him after this) and he was crying saying she was sick. I will shorten this completely terrible experience for my puppy. I was shocked to see that he offered his number and that if there was an extreme emergency(surely he doesn't want bothered constantly by the internet world) to call him. He ANSWERED THE PHONE! I wasn't even sure of his time zone and was just desperate as animals can't complain and tell us what is wrong and the amount of pain they are in. I had just about everything he said to use. the reason dogs die from parvo isnt because of the disease itself but it more has to do with the dog being dehydrated and malnourished which is why they lose so much weight during the time. To prevent that from happening you basically have to force feed your dog and also show them alot of love and attention to help them get through such a stressful time. I used a syringe to give her water and other fluids like pedalyte. I also gave her active charcoal. For food i found some liquid supplement from the pet store which was full of nutrients. I also stayed up for like three days with my dog making sure to pet and show her tons of love. Trust me it goes along way. After about a week she was back to her old self. She lost alot of weight, i could see her ribs but now three years later she is one of the healthiest dogs ive ever had. I really think it actually made her stronger and made her immune system alot better.
