I'm sorry but the prototype of Sonic 2 looks bad but at least they they remodeled "Tails" color in the special stages and remodeled Sonic's running animation. Also im dancing to act 2 of Emerald hill zone music.
Red tails is weird lol. We’re just so used to him being orange now I guess, seeing him in any other colour messes with the brain. ALSO, editing this, WHAT IN THE WORLD IS THAT SPRITE FOR SONIC RUNNING AT FULL SPEED? Is that supposed to be him leaning forward? Because it looks like he’s got an elongated neck instead. 😅
I thought he was brown and not red… Nevermind, I probably just thought of a completely different shade; looks maroon-y to me if we’re talking about the sprite that’s not the one in the Chaos Emerald minigames (??)
