Kind of like how he acts in the The Adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog cartoon. And you beat the game inside the runtime of an episode!
Considering how especially much classic Sonic games are about going as fast as possible, I don't understand how I've managed to never see a speedrun for any of them.
What if every video game was only 20-minutes long? Or even shorter for speedrunners. Had the laws forced companies to make only shorter games since the beginning of the industry. Imagine growing up in that parallel world with altered memories, experiences, and POVs replacing our current ones.

I did an unoptimized Sonic 1 Any% TAS in 09.20 IGT. 100% in 16.42 is very good :) I love the jump strats in the special stages, I never knew about that. Nice job.

My fav part of this TAS is the love clearly put into it. All the lil autoscroller moments you had fun with - ESPECIALLY the utter violation of SBZ3 and Final Zone hahaha. Awesome work!
