I vaped my senor year of high school. Used to buy it at school and when winter break came around, it forced me to quit because i ran out. It was the worst week of my life. After that week was up, my migraines (which i had all the time while vaping) went away and i felt better than i ever have. Never touched the stuff since. That was 7 years ago. I got a friend who is a long time vape user who is trying to quit and this video might just be what he needs.

I’ve been watching these videos for days and just watching them is motivating. I’d like to quit for freedom of addiction and because I’d like to be a better influence on the kiddos. I have smoked cigarettes for 7 years and then moved to vaping. Now I have been vaping for 10 years. I’m getting sick of it. I ordered the book from Allen Karr and I get it today. I plan on quitting this weekend. Wish me luck.

Yo. Keep your old intro music. It was unique. Also, you were the last piece the the puzzle for me when it comes to quitting NIc. It has been 26 days for me now :). Vaped for 7 years and smoked for 1.5 years before that.

Yep, I went about this wrong. After 51 years, I quit. The first 3 days are the worst, I thought. I got through it. Then I researched and got the heads up that days 5-7 are pretty rough. Yep, they were. Insomnia, headaches, sweating like I ran a marathon, etc. Prepared! make it through the first 7 days. day 8 was hideous! I didn't make it. why? not prepared! It was as if my brain revolted and I couldn't stop the obsession. I folded. So now I have to start over, but first I have to figure out how to get through at least the first 3 months so at that time I can tell myself I ain't going back! I think. So disappointed in myself!

when quitting always try using the term "im not a smoker" or "im not a vaper". i believe denying the act helps preventing the possibility of relapse. Also, try to always look at non smokers and how healthy they are and not to addicts and how not sick they are yet.

I decided to quit Zyn when I took vacation in Mexico. Mexico has strict tobacco laws and vaping and other nicotine items are impossible to find.
With no other options for me to go to, I’m on about day 5 right now. Still have a little bit of a headache and all I think about is Zyn. The cravings are getting better though. I am finding it less painful now. I also realized objectively, these withdrawals are not bad. It’s my mindset towards the withdrawals that make it bad.
