Cheese Bread with Variations
Ingredients:
1/4 cup egg white powder
1/3 cup cold water
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoon Rind Flour
Cheese (1 or 2 ounces, depending on desired consistency)
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine egg white powder, cold water, and salt.
Mix on low speed, gradually increasing speed until stiff peaks form.
Add cheese and pork rind flour to the mixture based on preference:
For a more bread-like consistency or to make keto or carnivore croutons use 1 ounce of cheese recipe.
For a standalone or dipping-style bread or Carn-A-sticks use 2 ounces of cheese recipe.

I just made these, I used my waffle cone maker and sliced them a little bigger they are really good, plus I put a tbsp of egg white powder in the blender with cheese and pork rind flour it didn't clump or stick together at all. thank you for all of your wonderful recipes❤️

This looks so good, perfect to go with the pork I cooked last night. This would be fab using 1 oz cheese, and combining with a carne asada. If I were going to make "french fries" I would add a few drops of potato extract.

@katholen well I definitely don’t want to make you think you’re crazy. I will tell you I know I’m crazy.😂🤣 All the people at my job who tried them and my next recipe, loved them. The funny thing is none of them are on the ketogenic or carnivore diet

Is rind flour not the same thing as pork Panko?
It is pork, rinds, crushed, but then they are sifted. It also needs to be an extremely dry pork rinds brand and the best common one is great value.

Rind “flour” is not flour!! And those pig sticks are neither pretzels nor French fries!!
Why must carnivores try to make their meat look like real bread or vegetables? Eat a plant already!
